Abstract

ABSTRAK
ANIESHA PRIYA RAHMASARI. NIM 2020050101149. “Strategi
Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Dasar Masyarakat Miskin Dalam Perspektif
Ekonomi Islam (Studi Desa Landono II, Kecamatan Landono,
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan)”. Melalui pembimbing Bapak Dr. H.
Muhammad Hadi, M.HI dan Ibu Dra. Beti Mulu M.PD.I.
Pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar seperti pangan, sandang, papan,
kesehatan, dan pendidikan merupakan langkah penting dalam upaya
mengurangi kemiskinan. Berbagai upaya perlu diterapkan untuk
memastikan bahwa kebutuhan dasar masyarakat miskin dapat terpenuhi
dengan baik, melalui kesadaran dari individu maupun secara kolektif.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemenuhan
kebutuhan dasar masyarakat miskin di Desa Landono II dan juga untuk
mengetahui prespektif ekonomi Islam terhadap strategi pemenuhan
kebutuhan dasar ekonomi masyarakat miskin di Desa Landono II.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan
dasar masyarakat miskin di Desa Landono II diantaranya adalah
pertama strategi mandiri yang meliputi: Mengembangkan kebun sayur,
meminjam atau meminta bantuan keluarga dan tetangga, serta berternak
ayam dan sapi. Kedua, strategi sosial yang meliputi: Penyaluran zakat
dan bantuan sosial. Dari prespektif ekonomi Islam terhadap strategi
pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat miskin Desa Landono II sudah
mencerminkan prisnip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang berlandaskan
tauhid, keadilan (‘adl), dan sikap tolong-menolong (ta’awun), dalam
kegiatan memilih pekerjaan yang halal, menerapkan sikap berhemat,
dan sikap moralitas yang tinggi seperti kesadaran saling tolong
menolong satu sama lain.

for Fulfilling the Basic Needs of the Poor in an Islamic Economic
Perspective (Study of Landono II Village, Landono District, South
Konawe Regency)". Through the supervisor Mr. Dr. H. Muhammad

Meeting basic needs such as food, clothing, board, health, and
education is an important step in efforts to reduce poverty. Various
efforts need to be implemented to ensure that the basic needs of the
community can be met properly, through awareness from the
community and intervention from the government. This study aims to
find out the strategy of meeting the basic needs of the poor in Landono
II Village and also to find out the perspective of Islamic economics on
the strategy of meeting the basic economic needs of the poor in
Landono II Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method
with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and
documentation. The results of the study show that from the results of
the research that has been described about the strategy of meeting the
basic needs of the poor, it is concluded that the strategy to meet the
basic needs of the poor in Landono II Village is an independent
strategy which includes: Developing vegetable gardens, borrowing or
asking for help from family and neighbors, and raising chickens and
cows. As well as social strategies that include: the distribution of zakat
and the provision of social assistance. From the perspective of Islamic
economics on the strategy of meeting the basic needs of the poor,
Landono II Village has reflected Islamic economic principles based on
monotheism, justice ('adl), and attitude of helping (ta'awun), as well as
the balance in choosing halal jobs, applying frugality, and high moral
attitudes such as the awareness of helping each other other.
