Rakyat (KUR) Bank Mandiri KCP Tinanggea dalam
Meningkatkan Pendapatan Usaha tani di Desa Lapoa (Studi Pada
Nasabah KUR Bank Mandiri Desa Lapoa” Fakultas Ekonomi dan
Bisnis Islam,Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, melalui
pembimbing I Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum M.Ag dan pembimbing II
Muhammad Imran SE,M.Ak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisis bagaimana peran Kredit
Usaha Rakyat (KUR) terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha tani di
Desa Lapoa . Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1)
Bagaimana pelaksanaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dalam
meningkatkan pendapatan Usaha tani masyarakat Desa Lapoa
Kecamatan Tinanggea?, (2) Bagaimana dampak terhadap pendapatan
bagi nasabah setelah menerima Dana KUR pada masyarakat Desa
Lapoa Kecamatan Tinanggea?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat
disimpulkaan bahwa : (1) Pelaksanaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR)
oleh Bank Mandiri KCP Tinanggea untuk menyalurkan modal kepada
pelaku usaha tani di Desa Lapoa telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan
sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak Bank, mulai
dari pengajuan permohonan, pengecekan dokumen, survei lapangan
hingga proses pencairan dana sesuai standar operasional prosedur yang
berlaku, (2) Terdapat peningkatan pendapatan yang cukup signifikan
bagi para petani setelah menerima KUR dari bank Mandiri KCP
Tinanggea. Peningkatan tersebut disebabkan karena dana KUR
dimanfaatkan untuk perluasan lahan dan pembelian pupuk serta
peralatan pertanian sehingga hasil panen menjadi lebih maksimal.

This study aims to analyze how the role of People's Business Credit
(KUR) in increasing farming income in Lapoa Village. The formulation
of the problems in this study are: (1) How is the implementation of
People's Business Credit (KUR) in increasing the income of the
farming business of the people of Lapoa Village, Tinanggea District?,
(2) What is the impact on the income of customers after receiving KUR
Funds in the people of Lapoa Village, Tinanggea District?. This study
uses a qualitative approach with its data collection method through
observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this
study, it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of People's
Business Credit (KUR) by Bank Mandiri KCP Tinanggea to distribute
capital to agricultural business actors in Lapoa Village has been carried
out properly and in accordance with the procedures that have been set
by the Bank, starting from the submission of applications, checking
documents, field surveys to the process of disbursing funds according
to the applicable operational standards, (2) There is a significant
increase in income for farmers after receiving KUR from Mandiri bank
KCP Tinanggea. The increase is due to the fact that KUR funds are
used for land expansion and the purchase of fertilizers and agricultural
equipment so that crop yields are maximized.
