Bayu Dermawan, Nim 2020050101047. “Peran Perkebunan Kelapa
Sawit Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa
Sukamukti”. Melalui Bimbingan Bapak Dr. Akmal ME dan Ibu
Anita Rezki M.Pd


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran perkebunan
kelapa sawit dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa
Sukamukti. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan deskriptif,
menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data
meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan 5 informan, studi literatur, dan
dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian
data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
perkebunan kelapa sawit memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap
pendapatan dan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Sukamukti,
Kecamatan Lalembuu, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Peran perkebunan
ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator, yaitu: (1) membuka lapangan kerja,
(2) memberikan pendapatan stabil, (3) mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan,
dan (4) mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Selain itu, kontribusi
perkebunan kelapa sawit terhadap perekonomian masyarakat juga
tercermin dalam kemampuan mereka untuk, (1) memenuhi kebutuhan
sehari-hari, (2) mendukung pendidikan anak-anak hingga jenjang yang
lebih tinggi, (3) menjaga kesehatan, dan (4) membentuk tabungan.
Kata Kunci: Kelapa Sawit, Pendapatan, dan Peningkatan

ABSTRACT

Plantations in Improving the Economy of the Sukamukti Village
Community". Through the supervising of Dr. Akmal ME and Mrs.
Anita Rezki M.Pd


This research aims to determine the role of oil palm plantations in
improving the economy of the Sukamukti village community. This
research is qualitative research. The data used is primary and
secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation,
interviews, literature study and documentation of 5 informants.
Meanwhile, the author's data analysis technique used data reduction,
data presentation and data verification. The results of this research
revered that the planting oil palm have a significant impact on income
as well as improve the economy of the community in Sukamukti
Village, Lalembuu District, South Konawe Regency. It is also found
that the role indicators are: (1) Creating job opportunities (2) Can
provide a steady income (3) Able to reduce the poverty rate (4) Able to
reduce the unemployment rate. Meanwhile, to improve the economy
from palm oil products, namely: (1) The community can meet their
daily living needs (2) The community can send their children to school
to a higher level (3) The community can ensure heath-related matters
(4) The community can have savings.
