Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persyaratan dalam penggunaan
label halal terhadap penjualan produk olahan pangan industry rumah tangga,
untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat dalam pengguanaan label halal terhadap
penjualan produk pangan olahan industry rumah tangga di kec. Wua-Wua Pasar
Panjang Kota kendari dan untuk mengetahui cara konsumen melakukan
pemasaran dengan mengaitkan prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap produk
yang beredar tanpa label. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif atau
lapangan dengan menggunakan Metode pendekatan normativ empiris. Dalam
teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, kuesioner,
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, beberapa
dari sumber lainnya yang didapatkan adalah salah satunya di Kantor MUI, Kantor
BPOM Kota Kendari dan kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Kendari.
Penelitian ini, dilakukan di Lokasi Pasar Panjang Kec.Wua-Wua Kota
Kendari yang merupakan subjek sasaran penelitian Olahan Pangan Industri
Rumah Tangga. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa,
Dari penjualan yang beredar di Pasar Panjang Beberapa penjualan produk Olahan
Pangan yang beredar tidak memiliki label halal contohnya produk yang ditemukan
saat melakukan observasi seperti; roti, minuman, kue kering, kerupuk dan
sejenisnya. Beberapa masyarakat memberikan tanggapan terkait penjualan produk
yang tidak memiliki label halal di kemasan produk yang dijual. Selain itu, dari
pihak produsen menerapkan penjualan dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip
Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Prinsip-Prinsip Hukum Ekonomi Syariah itu sendiri
terdiri dari Keadilan, Kejujuran, dan Tanggung Jawab.

Researc this aims to determine the requirements for using the halal label for
the sale of processed food products in the home industry, to find out the public's
views regarding the use of the halal label for the sale of processed food products
for the home industry in the district. Wua-Wua Pasar Panjang, Kendari City and
to find out how consumers do marketing by relating the principles of sharia
economic law to products that circulate without labels. This type of research is
qualitative or field research using a normative empirical approach method. The
data collection techniques used are interview techniques, questionnaires,
observation and documentation. From several data collection techniques, several
other sources obtained were the MUI Office, the Kendari City BPOM Office and
the Kendari City Ministry of Religion office.
Research was conducted at the Pasar Panjang location, Wua-Wua District,
Kendari City, which is the target subject of research on Home Industrial Food
Processing. Based on the results of the research carried out, it shows that, from
sales circulating in Pasar Panjang, several sales of processed food products in
circulation do not have halal labels, for example products found during
observations such as; bread, drinks, pastries, crackers and the like. Several
people responded regarding the sale of products that did not have a halal label on
the product packaging being sold. Apart from that, the producer implements sales
using the principles of Sharia Economic Law. The principles of Sharia Economic
Law itself consist of Justice, Honesty and Responsibility.
