Abstract

Anjar Sari, Nim: 2021010108036, Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial dan
Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa Kelas
X di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari, Dosen Pembimbing 1: Syarif Rizalia, M.Pd,
Dosen Pembimbing 2: Hj. Rosmini, S.Si., M.Pd

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengetahui kompetensi sosial dan
kompetensi kepribadian guru di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari (2) mengetahui
pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA
Negeri 11 Kendari (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru
terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari (4) mengetahui
pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil
belajar biologi siswa Di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari. Sampel terdiri dari 68 siswa.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang kemudian data di analisis
menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T (Uji Parsial), Uji F (Uji
Simultan), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
Kompetensi sosial guru termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan presentase 35%,
dan kompetensi kepribadian guru termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan
presentase 48% dan hasil belajar biologi siswa termasuk sedang dengan
presentase 34%. Uji T pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap hasil belajar
menunjukkan bahwa nilai Thitung 3,558 > Ttabel dan nilai sig 0,001< 0,05. Uji T
pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil belajar biologi
menunjukkan bahwa nilai Thitung 4,840 > Ttabel dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Uji F
pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil
belajar biologi siswa nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 16,256 > 3,14 Ftabel.
Nilai Koefisien Determinasi kompetensi sosial terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 34%,
kompetensi kepribadian terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 34% dan nilai Koefisien
Determinasi kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil
belajar sebesar 63%. Dengan demikian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi
kepribadian guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari.

and Personality Competence of Teachers on Biology Learning Outcomes of
Students at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari, Supervisor 1: Syarif Rizalia, M.Pd,
Supervisor 2: Hj. Rosmini, S.Si., M.Pd

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the social competence and
personality competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari (2) to determine
the influence of social competence of teachers on biology learning outcomes of
students at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari (3) to determine the influence of personality
competence of teachers on biology learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri
11 Kendari (4) to determine the influence of social competence and personality
competence of teachers on biology learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri
11 Kendari. The sample consisted of 68 students. The data collection technique
used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression
analysis, T test (Partial Test), F test (Simultaneous Test), and Coefficient of
Determination Test. The results showed that the teacher's social competence was
included in the high category with a percentage of 35%, and the teacher's
personality competence was included in the medium category with a percentage of
48% and the students' biology learning outcomes were included in the medium
category with a percentage of 34%. The T test of the influence of social
competence on learning outcomes showed that the T count value was 3.558> T
table and the sig value was 0.001 <0.05. The T test of the influence of teacher
personality competence on biology learning outcomes showed that the T count
value was 4.840> T table and the sig value was 0.000 <0.05. The F test of the
influence of social competence and teacher personality competence on students'
biology learning outcomes had a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the F count value
was 16.256> 3.14 F table. The value of the coefficient of determination of social
competence on learning outcomes is 34%, personality competence on learning
outcomes is 34% and the value of the coefficient of determination of social
competence and teacher personality competence on learning outcomes is 63%.
Thus, social competence and teacher personality competence simultaneously have
a positive and significant effect on student biology learning outcomes at SMA
Negeri 11 Kendari.
