2023 Tentang Mendukung Perjuangan Palestina Perspektif Maslahah Mursalah (Studi
Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Baruga). Dibimbing oleh: Pembimbing Pertama:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil,
dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 di Kecamatan
Baruga, Kota Kendari, dan mengkaji korelasinya dalam perspektif maslahah mursalah
terhadap kepentingan UMKM. Meskipun sebagian pelaku UMKM merespon positif
fatwa tersebut, namun masih ada juga yang mengabaikannya. Metode yang digunakan
adalah penelitian normatif-empiris. Data dikumpulkan melalui pendekatan populasi
dan sampel. Populasi mencakup isi Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 dan pelaku
UMKM yang diwawancarai secara langsung. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan
teknik probability sampling, yaitu berdasarkan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu.
Sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer (hasil wawancara) dan data
sekunder (dokumen fatwa, literatur pendukung). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
secara umum, pelaku UMKM merespon positif fatwa tersebut. Namun demikian,
beberapa pelaku tetap menjual produk yang berafiliasi dengan Israel. Dalam hal ini,
yang merespon netral mereka beralasan tetap menjualnya karena permintaan pembeli
yang tetap membeli produk-produk yang terafiliasi dengan Israel. Mereka juga
beralasan untuk menghabiskan stok yang tersedia. Sementara itu yang setuju adanya
fatwa ini mereka beralasan sebagai dukungan moral dan solidaritas. Di sisi lain,
terdapat UMKM yang secara strategis beralih menjual produk lokal yang tidak kalah
bagus kualitanya dengan produk-produk luar negeri dan juga sebagai bentuk dukungan
terhadap fatwa tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan ini, peneliti merekomendasikan agar
penelitian serupa terus dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan, mengingat dinamika sosial
dan ekonomi yang terus berubah.

This study aims to determine the response of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises (UMKM) actors to MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 in Baruga District,
Kendari City, and examine its correlation in the perspective of maslahah mursalah
towards the interests of UMKM. Although some UMKM actors respond positively to
the fatwa, there are still some who ignore it. The method used is normative-empirical
research. Data is collected through population and sample approaches. The population
includes the contents of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 and UMKM actors who were
interviewed directly. The sample was selected using probability sampling technique,
which is based on certain considerations and objectives. The data sources used consist
of primary data (interview results) and secondary data (fatwa documents, supporting
literature). The results showed that in general, UMKM actors responded positively to
the fatwa. However, some actors continue to sell products affiliated with Israel. In this
case, those who responded neutrally argued that they continued to sell them because
of the demand of buyers who continued to buy products affiliated with Israel. They also
reasoned that they had to use up their available stock. Meanwhile, those who agree
with this fatwa reasoned that it is a moral support and solidarity. On the other hand,
there are UMKM that strategically switch to selling local products that are no less good
in quality than foreign products and also as a form of support for the fatwa. Based on
these findings, the researcher recommends that similar studies continue to be
developed on an ongoing basis, given the changing social and economic dynamics.
