(PLP) Terhadap Kesiapan Menjadi Guru Pada Mahasiswa PAI di IAIN Kendari.
Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Masdin, M.Pd dan Imaludin Agus, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program Pengenalan
Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru mahasiswa PAI di
IAIN Kendari dengan menggunakan perspektif teori Experiential Learning yang
dikembangkan oleh David Kolb. Tujuan penelian ini adalah: 1) untuk
mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) di IAIN
Kendari, 2) untuk menganalisis kesiapan menjadi guru mahasiswa PAI di IAIN
Kendari, dan 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan
(PLP) terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru pada mahasiswa PAI di IAIN Kendari. Jenis
penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan
data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden. Data yang telah
dikumpulkan kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata pengenalan lapangan persekolahan sebesar
124,35 dan kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 144. Nilai signifikansi PLP terhadap
kesiapan menjadi guru sebesar 0,00<0,05 dan nilai t-hitung  t-tabel (5,3941,665).
Kontribusi pengenalan lapangan persekolahan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru
sebesar 16,7% menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan PLP
terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program PLP
memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk calon guru yang kompeten dan siap
menghadapi tantangan profesi keguruan.

Introduction (PLP) on Readiness to Become Teachers Among Islamic Education

This research aims to analyze the effect of the School Field Introduction Program
(Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan/PLP) on the readiness to become a teacher
among PAI students at IAIN Kendari, using the perspective of Experiential
Learning theory developed by David Kolb. The objectives of this study are: (1) to
describe the implementation of the School Field Introduction Program (PLP) at
IAIN Kendari; (2) to analyze the readiness to become a teacher among PAI
students at IAIN Kendari; and (3) to determine the effect of the School Field
Introduction Program (PLP) on the readiness to become a teacher among PAI
students at IAIN Kendari.This research employs a quantitative method with an expost
facto
approach.
Data
were
collected
through
the
distribution
of
questionnaires

respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive and
inferential statistical techniques. The results show that the mean score of the School
Field Introduction Program is 124.35, while the mean score of readiness to become
a teacher is 144. The significance value of PLP on readiness to become a teacher is
0.00 < 0.05, and the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (5.394 >
1.665). The contribution of the School Field Introduction Program to readiness to
become a teacher is 16.7%, indicating that PLP has a positive and significant effect
on students’ readiness to become teachers. These findings confirm that the PLP
program plays an important role in shaping prospective teachers who are
competent and prepared to face the challenges of the teaching profession.
