Abstract

LA MUTU, NIM 2023040201008, “Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan
Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten
Muna”Pembimbing I: Dr.Syahrul, M.Pd, Pembimbing II: Dr.Mansyur, M.Pd

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan terkait pengaruh supervisi kepala
sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari delapan puluh delapan guru
sebagai unit analisis dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur setelah
semua variabel dimasukkan ke dalam matriks Covarians. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dari: 1)
pengaruh langsung supervisi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru
sebesar 0,339 atau 33,9%; 2) pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja
guru sebesar 0,438 atau 43,8% dan; 3) pengaruh langsung supervisi kepala sekolah
terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,667 atau 66,7% dan 4) pengaruh tidak langsung
supervisi kepla sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja dengan nilai
Sobel sebesar 2,6157 dan t-hitung sebesar 4,617 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,989.
Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan
mengenai peningkatan kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas supervisi kepala
sekolah dan peningkatan motivasi kerja. Oleh karena itu, kedua variabel tersebut
dapat dipertimbangkan dalam menciptakan dan meningkatkan kinerja guru pada
SD Negei di Kabupaten Muna.

Work Motivation on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in
Muna Regency” Supervisor I: Dr.Syahrul, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dr.Mansyur,
M.Pd

This study aims to prove the influence of principal supervision and work motivation
on teacher performance. From eighty-eight teachers as units of analysis and data
were analyzed using path analysis after all variables were entered into the
Covariance matrix. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct influence
and indirect influence of: 1) the direct influence of principal supervision on teacher
performance of 0.339 or 33.9%; 2) the direct influence of work motivation on
teacher performance of 0.438 or 43.8% and; 3) the direct influence of principal
supervision on work motivation is 0.667 or 66.7% and 4) the indirect influence of
principal supervision on teacher performance through work motivation with a
Sobel value of 2.6157 and a t-count of 4.617 greater than the t-table of 1.989.
Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that every change in
improving teacher performance is influenced by the effectiveness of principal
supervision and increasing work motivation. Therefore, both variables can be
considered in creating and improving teacher performance at State Elementary
Schools in Muna Regency.
