ABSTRACT
Intan Putri Ahmad, Student ID 2021010103032, The Effect of Situational
Leadership on Service Quality at MAN 1 South Konawe. Supervised by: Dr. Akib
M.Pd, Sumardona S.Sos.MM
This study examines the influence of situational leadership on service quality at
MAN 1 South Konawe. The objective was to determine the extent to which
situational leadership influences service quality. This quantitative study employed
a survey method. The population consisted of 47 teachers, all of whom served as
samples. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire, while data analysis
techniques included descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality and
linearity), and hypothesis testing. The independent variable in this study was
situational leadership, measured through four indicators: telling, selling,
participating, and delegating. The dependent variable was service quality, measured
through five indicators: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and
tangibles. The results showed that the alternative hypothesis was accepted, namely
that situational leadership had a positive and significant effect on service quality at
MAN 1 South Konawe, with a contribution of 66.8%. This means that the better the
implementation of the situational leadership style, the higher the quality of
educational services at the madrasah. Keywords: Situational Leadership, Service
