Abstract
Nova Ariyani S.B NIM 18050101058, Determination of the selling
price at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant Kendari City Perspective

Novita Sari, M.E, Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, 2022
The formulation of the problem in this study is how the mechanism
of determining the selling price of food at the Kampung Bakau
Restaurant in Kendari City and how the syariah economic view is in
determining the selling price at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant in
Kendari City.
This study aims to describe the mechanism for determining the
selling price of food at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant in Kendari City
and to determine the syariah economic view in determining the selling
price at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant in Kendari City.
Data collection techniques in this study are by means of
documentation, observation and interviews. This type of research is
qualitative research, namely research that produces descriptive data in
the form of written or spoken words from people and observed
behavior. With the aim of obtaining more comprehensive, valid,
reliable, and objective results regarding the determination of the selling
price of food from a syariah economic perspective at the Kampung
Bakau Restaurant, Kendari City.
The results of this study indicate that the determination of the
selling price at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant in Kendari City is based
on the cost plus pricing method, to calculate all costs incurred using the
cost of production (HPP) method which is divided into 3 cost elements,
namely the cost of raw materials, labor costs and costs. restaurant
overhead costs while pricing at the Kampung Bakau Restaurant in
Kendari City is based on a syariah perspective, which is in accordance
with the pricing method in sharia economics, where the pricing does
not oppress the buyer or burden the customer, the profit earned is not
too high and there is a balance between demand and supply.
