Abstract

APRILIYANI. 19010101043. Strategi Pengasuh Pondok Dalam Membina
Kedisiplinan Belajar Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Nahdlatul
Wathan Bima Maroa. Dibimbing Oleh: Dr. Samrin, M.Pd.I. dan Dr.
Zulaeha, S.Ag., M.Ag.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam membina kedisiplinan
belajar santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Nahdlatul Wathan Bima Maroa. Jenis
penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode
penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data,
penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengumpulan data. Adapun teknik pengujian
keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan
triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kedisiplinan
belajar santri dapat dilihat dari segi disiplin waktu dan disiplin perbuatan. Disiplin
waktu meliput: tepat waktu dalam belajar dan tidak meninggalkan kelas saat jam
pelajaran. Dari segi disiplin perbuatan meliputi: mengerjakan tugas yang
diberikan oleh ustadz dan ustadzahnya, tidak suka berbohong, patuh kepada
ustadz dan ustadzah, mengenakan seragam yang telah ditentukan ketika belajar
dan tidak bermain-main saat belajar. Adapun strategi pengasuh dalam pembinaan
meliputi, strategi pemberian nasehat, strategi melalui hukuman, pengawasan,
melalui Hizib NW, melalui Nadzom Batu Ngompal, dan melalui lagu perjuangan
NW . Faktor pendukung dalam pembinaan meliputi, adanya kerjasama antara para
dewan asatidz, adanya kerjasama dengan pengurus asrama putra dan putri, adanya
dukungan dari wali santri. Faktor penghambat meliputi, faktor internal: karakter
santri yang berbeda-beda, dan kurangnya kesadaran pada diri santri. Untuk faktor
eksternal: kurangnya pengawasan dan perhatian dari dewan asatidz, kurangnya
sarana dan prasarana serta pengaruh lingkungan dan pergaulan santri.

Santri's Learning Discipline at Darul Ulum Nahdlatul Wathan Bima Maroa

This study aims to determine the strategy in fostering discipline in learning for the
students of the Darul Ulum Nahdlatul Wathan Bima Maroa Islamic Boarding
School. This type of research is a qualitative research using field research
methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and
documentation with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data
presentation, and verification of data collection. The technique for testing the
validity of the data uses source triangulation techniques, technical triangulation
and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the description of the
discipline of students in learning can be seen in terms of time discipline and action
discipline. Time discipline includes: being on time in learning and not leaving
class during class time. In terms of discipline, actions include: carrying out tasks
given by the ustadz and his ustadzah, not lying, obeying the ustadz and ustadzah,
wearing the uniform that has been determined when studying and not playing
around while studying. The nanny's strategies in coaching include advice giving
strategies, strategies through punishment, supervision, through Hizib NW, through
Nadzom Batu Ngompal, and through NW struggle songs. Supporting factors in
fostering include cooperation between asatidz boards, cooperation with male and
female dormitory administrators, and support from santri guardians. Inhibiting
factors include, internal factors: the different characters of the students, and the
lack of self-awareness of the students. For external factors: lack of supervision
and attention from the asatidz council, lack of facilities and infrastructure and the
influence of the environment and association of students.
