Abstract

Intan Triarisky, NIM : 19050102113 The Influence of Leadership
and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Kendari KC State
Savings Bank (Case Study of Kendari KC State Savings Bank
Employees). Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Kendari State
Islamic Institute through Mr. Dr. Husain Insawan M.Ag and Mr.
Sumiyadi SE.ME
This study aims to see and examine the influence of leadership and job
satisfaction on employee performance at Kendari KC State Savings
Bank (Case Study of Kendari KC State Savings Bank employees). In
this study, researchers used research with quantitative methods. The
quantitative research method is a research method based on positivity
(concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be
measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the
problem under study to produce a conclusion. The data collection
technique in this study is primary data obtained from the results of
questionnaires that have been filled in by BTN KC Kendari employees.
The analysis used is SPSS 26. The effect of leadership and job
satisfaction on employee performance is 0.001 <0.05 and f count 8.410
> 0.320. This proves that there is an influence of leadership and job
satisfaction on employee performance to produce significant results. 1.
For leadership, the result is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that
leadership is significant for performance. 2. On job satisfaction the
result is 0.19 > 0.05 it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not
significant to performance. 3. In the f test with a significance of 0.001
<0.05 in table (8,410 > 0.320) based on the results described, it can be
concluded that the variables of Leadership and Job Satisfaction have a
significant influence on Employee Performance at BTN KC Kendari.
