Afifatun Nadziroh. D, NIM: 19050101013. Motivasi Kerja Buruh Tani Perempuan Di Desa Tridana Mulya Kecamatan Landono Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh Pembimbing I Bapak Dr. Rusdin Muhalling, M.EI, dan Bapak Sumiyadi SE, ME. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama islam Negeri Kendari, 2023. Fenomena yang terjadi dalam masyarakat di desa tridana mulya, adalah banyaknya perempuan yang membanu suami mencari tambahan penghasilan, Keikutsertaan perempuan dalam berusaha atau bekerja mencari nafkah disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. sehingga istri merasa terpanggil untuk ikut bekerja membantu suami. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengapa perempuan di Desa Tridana Mulya, Kecamatan Landono, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Terdorong menjadi buruh tani, serta melihat dalam tinjauan perspektif Ekonomi Syariah. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Dekriptif kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini Menunjukan bahwa kondisi yang melatarbelkangi perempuan menjadi buruh tani di Desa Tridana Mulya, Kecamatan Landono, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan menjadi buruh tani yaitu dilihat dari faktor Ekonomi (Kebutuhan kelurga,upah kerja dan harapan bekerja untuk kelurga) Faktor Sosial (kepuasan kerja dan konsisi lingkungan kerja) sedangkan Faktor Budaya (Tingkat umur,kebiasan,pandangan masyarakat, sikap dan keinginan memanfaatkan waktu luang).Tinjauan Ekonomi Syariah terhadap Motivasi Kerja Buruh Tani Perempuan di Desa Tridana Mulya, dilihat dari prinsip kerja yang diterapkan yaitu: Prinsip Keadilan, Prinsip tolong-menolong, Prinsip kejelasan akad, Prinsip tanggung jawab, Prinsip Kebebasan dalam beribadah dan Prinsip keikhlasan

Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Kendari State islamic Institute,2023 The phenomenon that occurs in the community in the village of Tridana Mulya is that there are many women who help their husbands to find additional income. The participation of women in trying or working to earn a living is caused by several factors. so that the wife feels called to work to help her husband. The purpose of this research was to find out why women in Tridana Mulya Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency were encouraged to become farm labourers, and to look at it from a Sharia Economic perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the conditions that lead women to become farm laborers in Tridana Mulya Village, Landono District, Konawe Selatan Regency to become farm laborers are seen from economic factors (family needs, work wages and expectations of working for the family) social factors (job satisfaction and condition work environment) while Cultural Factors (Age level, habits, community views, attitudes and desire to use free time). Review of Sharia Economics on the Work Motivation of Female Farmers in Tridana Mulya Village, seen from the work principles applied, namely: Principles of Justice, Principles of please -help, the principle of clarity of contract, the principle of responsibility, the principle of freedom in worship and the principle of sincerity
