Rindi Antika. NIM 18050101043. “Pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dan
Lama Usaha melalui Lokasi Usaha Terhadap Pendapatan UMKM”. Dibimbing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR),
Lama Usaha dan Lokasi Usaha Terhadap Pendapatan studi kasus pada UMKM di
Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini para pelaku UMKM yang ada
di Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara dan sampel yang digunakan
sebanyak 100 responden sesuai dengan besarnya ukuran sampel dalam alat
analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan model estimasi menggunakan
Maksimum Likelihood (ML) minimum yaitu diperlukan 100 sampel. Teknik
pengambilan sampel yaitu Random Purpose Sampling. Analisis data yang
digunakan yaitu statistic deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis
dengan menggunakan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) atau
model persamaan struktural dengan program AMOS.Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa measurement model yang dibangun secara statistik dapat
didukung dan sesuai dengan model fit yang ditetapkan karena semua variabel
yang digunakan untuk membuat sebuah model penelitian, telah memenuhi kriteria
goodness of fit yang telah direkomendasikan. Uji hipotesis ditunjukkan dengan
melihat nilai regression weight, nilai yang tertera dalam kolom CR harus
dibandingkan dengan nilai kritis yaitu ±1,96 pada tingkat signifikansi 5% . Hasil
regression weights dapat disimpulkan bahwa kredit usaha rakyat tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lokasi usaha karena P > 0,05 dengan nilai C.R
1,335. Lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lokasi usaha karena P<0,05
dengan nilai C.R 2,566. Lokasi usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan
karena P<0,05 dengan nilai C.R 3,197. Kredit usaha rakyat melalui lokasi usaha
berpengaruh secara langsung Karena nilai direct effect > nilai indirect effect
dengan nilai 0,206 > 0,031. Lama usaha melalui lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan
berpengaruh secara signifikan karena nilai nilai nilai direct effect > nilai indirect
effect dengan nilai 0,297 > 0,069. Lama usaha berpengaruh secara signifikan
terhadap pendapatan karena P<0,05 dengan nilai C.R 2,823. Kredit usaha rakyat
berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan karena P<0,05 dengan nilai
C.R 1.102

This study aims to determine the effect of People's Business Credit (KUR),
Length of Business and Business Location on Income from a case study on
MSMEs in Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency. This type of research is
quantitative research. The population in this study were MSME actors in Lasusua
District, North Kolaka Regency and the sample used was 100 respondents
according to the size of the sample in the data analysis tool using SEM with an
estimation model using a minimum Maximum Likelihood (ML) that required 100
samples. The sampling technique is Random Purpose Sampling. The data analysis
used is descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing
using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method or structural
equation model with the AMOS program. determined because all the variables
used to create a research model have met the recommended goodness of fit
criteria. The hypothesis test is shown by looking at the regression weight value,
the value listed in the CR column must be compared with the critical value, which
is ±1.96 at the 5% significance level. The results of the regression weights can be
concluded that people's business credit has no significant effect on business
location because P > 0.05 with a C.R value of 1.335. The length of business has a
significant effect on the location of the business because P <0.05 with a C.R value
of 2.566. Business location has a significant effect on income because P <0.05
with a C.R value of 3.197. People's business credit through business locations has
a direct effect because the direct effect value > indirect effect value with a value
of 0.206 > 0.031. The length of business through the location of the business has a
significant effect on income because the direct effect values> indirect effect
values with a value of 0.297> 0.069. The length of business has a significant
effect on income because P <0.05 with a C.R value of 2.823. People's business
credit has a significant effect on income because P <0.05 with a C.R value of
1.102
