Abstract

Peran pasar tradisional sangat penting sebagai wadah untuk melakukan
peningkatan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat
hingga penurunan angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis
penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik
yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui peran pasar tradisional dalam meningkatkan
perekonomian masyarakat di desa waworoda jaya serta bagaimana
mekanisme pasar tradisional Waworoda Jaya dalam perspektif ekonomi
Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan Peran pasar tradisional dalam
meningkatankan perekonomian masyarakat di mana Hasil pembahasan
dapat di simpulkan bahwa pasar tradisional waworoda jaya sangat
menentukan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya mereka yang
berlatar belakang ekonomi lemah, karena hampir semua kebutuhan
pokoknya di penuhi dengan berbelanja di pasar tradisional, para
pedagang yang dapat meningkatkan ekonomi mereka dari hasil jualan
serta Pedagang di pasar tradisional telah memenuhi mekanisme pasar di
mana pedagang telah memperhatikan kehalalan produk mereka, sangat
memperhatikan kebersihan dagangan mereka, melakukan transparan
dalam pmenimbang barang dagangan, tidak menutupi kecacatan pada
produk, jujur dalam penimbangan untuk menjaga kepercayaan pembeli,
tidak melakukan tindakan penimbunan barang yang merugikan pihak
pembeli untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, justru ketika terjadi kelangan
produk, di pasar tradisional ini selalu tersedia walaupun harganya yang
relative agak mahal dari harga normalnya.

The role of traditional markets is very important as a forum for
increasing employment opportunities, increasing people's income and
reducing poverty rates. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive
research using several techniques, namely observation, interviews,
documentation. This research aims to determine the role of traditional
markets in improving the economy of the community in Waworoda
Jaya village and the mechanism of the Waworoda Jaya traditional
market from an Islamic economic perspective. The results of the
research found the role of traditional markets in improving the
community's economy where the results of the discussion can be
concluded that the Waworoda Jaya traditional market really determines
the level of community welfare, especially those from weak economic
backgrounds, because almost all their basic needs are met by shopping
at the traditional market, the traders who can improve their economy
from their sales and traders in traditional markets have fulfilled the
market mechanism where traders have paid attention to the halalness of
their products, are very concerned about the cleanliness of their
merchandise, are transparent in weighing merchandise, do not cover up
defects in products, are honest in weighing for maintain the trust of
buyers, do not carry out hoarding of goods which is detrimental to the
buyer in order to make a profit, in fact when there is a product shortage,
in traditional markets this is always available even though the price is
relatively a bit expensive than the normal price.
