Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi 5 Provinsi di

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji Pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan
Manusia (IPM), Jumlah Uang Beredar (JUB), dan Tenaga Kerja
Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi 5 Provinsi di Indonesia Tahun 2010 -
2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang
menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa data panel. Data sekunder
diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Indonesia. Analisis data
menggunakan analisis SEM PLS 4.0, dengan tujuan menguji Pengaruh
Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) (X1), Jumlah Uang Beredar
(JUB) (X2) dan Tenaga Kerja (X3) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi
(Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Pembangunan
Manusia memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tenaga
Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0.947 nilai t-statistic sebesar
6.517 > 1.96 dan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.050. Jumlah Uang
Beredar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tenaga
Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 1.274 nilai t-statistic sebesar
12.433 > 1.96 dan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Tenaga Kerja
memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan
Ekonomid dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0.546 nilai t-statistic
sebesar 2.300 > 1.96 dan nilai p-value sebesar 0.021 < 0.05. Indeks
Pembangunan Manusia memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan
terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -
0.624 nilai t-statistic sebesar 2.362 > 1.96 dan nilai p-value sebesar
0.018 < 0.05. Jumlah Uang Beredar tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan
terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar
0.352 nilai t-statistic sebesar 0.993 < 1.96 dan nilai p-value sebesar
0.321 > 0.05. Tenaga Kerja mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel
Jumlah Uang Beredar dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara positif dan

signifikan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.517 nilai t-statistic
sebesar 2.133 > 1.96 dan p-value sebesar 0.033 < 0.05. Tenaga Kerja
mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel Indeks Pembangunan
Manusia dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara negatif dan signifikan
dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0.696 nilai t-statistic sebesar 2.179
> 1.96 dan p-value sebesar 0.029 < 0.05.

Human Development Index (HDI), Money Supply (JUB), and
Labor on the Economic Growth of 5 Provinces in Indonesia 2010 -

This research aims to examine the influence of the Human
Development Index (HDI), Money Supply (JUB), and Labor on the
Economic Growth of 5 Provinces in Indonesia 2010 - 2021. This
research is quantitative research that uses secondary data in the form of
panel data. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Statistics
Agency and Bank Indonesia. Data analysis uses SEM PLS 4.0 analysis,
with the aim of testing the influence of the Human Development Index
(HDI) (X1), Money Supply (JUB) (X2) and Labor (X3) on Economic
Growth (Y). The results of this research show that the Human
Development Index has a negative and significant influence on Labor
with a path coefficient value of -0.947, a t-statistic value of 6.517 >
1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050. The Money Supply has a positive
and significant influence on Labor with a path coefficient value of
1,274, a t-statistic value of 12,433 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.
Labor has a negative and significant influence on Economic Growth
with a path coefficient value of -0.546, a t-statistic value of 2,300 >
1.96 and a p-value of 0.021 < 0.05. The Human Development Index has
a negative and significant influence on Economic Growth with a path
coefficient value of -0.624, a t-statistic value of 2,362 > 1.96 and a p�value of 0.018 < 0.05. The Money Supply does not have a significant
influence on Economic Growth with a path coefficient value of 0.352, a
t-statistic value of 0.993 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.321 > 0.05. Labor
influences the relationship between the Money Supply variable and
Economic Growth positively and significantly with a path coefficient
value of 0.517, a t-statistic value of 2.133 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.033
< 0.05. Labor influences the relationship between the Human
Development Index and Economic Growth variables negatively and

of 2,179 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.029 < 0.05.
