Abstract

ABSTRAK
Diah Ayu Qhori Purwasih, NIM : 19050102038. Persepsi
Masyarakat Terhadap Bank Syariah (Studi Kasus Pada
Masyarakat Desa Andoolo Utama, Kec. Buke, Kab. Konawe
Selatan). Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Institut Agama
Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari. Dibimmbing oleh Alfian Toar
SP,MM dan Dr.Sodiman S.Fil.I., M.Ag.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat
desa Andoolo Utama tentang perbedaan bank syariah dan bank
konvensional, tentang produk, layanan, dan mekanisme bank
syariah kemudian juga untuk menegetahui perferensi terhadap
kedua bank tersebut dengan menggunakan field reseaech
(penelitian lapangan) atau penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara,
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat
disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pilihan
masyarakat lebih menggunakan bank konvensional karena
ketidaktahuan dan ketidakpahaman mereka tentang bank syariah
baik itu mengenai akad, produk, dan sistem. Kurangnya informasi
dan sosialisasi sehingga mempengaruhi pilihan dan minat
masyarakat untuk menggunakan jasa perbankan syariah.

This research is to find out the perception of the people of
Andoolo Utama village about the differences between Islamic
banks and conventional banks, about the products, services, and
mechanisms of Islamic banks then also to find out the preferences
for the two banks using field reseaech (field research) or
qualitative research with interviews, observation, and
documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded
that the factors that influence people's choice to use conventional
banks are due to their ignorance and lack of understanding about
Islamic banks both regarding contracts, products, and systems.
Lack of information and socialization thus affecting the choice
and interest of the community to use Islamic banking services.
