Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat (Desa Waturai Kecamatan
Wawonii Tenggara Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan). Dibimbing oleh

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kerjasama yang mirip
dengan akad musaqah, yaitu kerjasama mongka gadi pada petani
kelapa di Desa Waturai Kecamatan Wawonii Tenggara Kabupaten
Konawe Kepulauan dimana pemilik kebun kelapa memberikan
kebunnya kepada penggarap untuk dirawat atas dasar kepercayaan
dengan pembagian hasil sesuai kesepakatan bersama. Tujuan dilakukan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kerjasama mongka
gadi pada petani kelapa ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam serta
untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani penggarap dalam
kerjasama mongka gadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif,
dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Wawancara, dan
Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerjasama mongka
gadi pada petani kelapa di Desa Waturai Kecamatan Wawonii
Tenggara Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan ada beberapa praktik yang
tidak sesuai dengan akad musaqah yakni tidak ditentukannya batasan
waktu dalam penggarapan serta biaya yang seharusnya ditanggung
bersama antara pemilik dan penggarap kebun kelapa justru ada
sebagian yang melakukan kerjasama biayanya ditanggung oleh
penggarap itu sendiri. Namun hal tersebut tidak melanggar aturan Islam
dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai kerjasama yang sah karena mereka
melakukannya menurut kebiasaan masyarakat setempat dengan saling
percaya, mengerti, dan saling rela. Kerjasama ini cukup berperan dalam
meningkatkan pendapatan petani penggarap, hal tersebut terbukti dari
peningkatan kelas sosial yang dialami oleh keluarga setelah melakukan
kerjasma.

This research was motivated by the existence of a collaboration similar
to a musaqah contract, namely the mongka gadi collaboration with
coconut farmers in Waturai Village, Southeast Wawonii District,
Konawe Islands Regency, where the owner of a coconut plantation
gave his garden to the cultivator to be cared for on the basis of trust
with the sharing of the results according to mutual agreement. The aim
of this research is to determine the description of mongka gadi
cooperation among coconut farmers from an Islamic economic
perspective and to determine the level of income of cultivating farmers
in mongka gadi cooperation. This type of research is descriptive
qualitative, with data collection methods in the form of Observation,
Interviews and Documentation. The results of the research show that
there are several practices in mongka gadi collaboration with coconut
farmers in Waturai Village, Southeast Wawonii District, Konawe
Islands Regency, which are not in accordance with the musaqah
agreement, namely the time limit for cultivation is not determined and
the costs that should be borne jointly by the owner and cultivator of the
coconut plantation are actually some those who collaborate, the costs
are borne by the cultivator himself. However, this does not violate
Islamic rules and can be categorized as legitimate cooperation because
they do it according to local community customs with mutual trust,
understanding and mutual willingness. This collaboration plays a
significant role in increasing the income of sharecroppers, this is
proven by the increase in social class experienced by families after
carrying out the collaboration.
