Nama: Salman, Nim: 18020102007, Judul Skripsi: “Pengaruh Prinsip
Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Terhadap Kesejahteraan
Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (Studi Studi pada Badan Usaha Milik
Desa Lambandia Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan).

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Lambandia
Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan terhadap kesejahteraan
masyarakat serta Bagaimana Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah dalam
pengelolaan Bumdes Lambandia Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe
Selatan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu yuridis
empiris. Jenis data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan
cara observasi, wawancara dan peninjauan dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan
cara tringulasi data, tringulasi sumber dan tringulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian
menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Lambandia Kecamatan
Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan terhadap kesejahteraan telah menjalankan
tiga jenis program usaha, unit SAPRODI, unit pembelian hasil bumi dan unit
penggilingan. Dari tiga program tersebut terdapat program yang berjalan kurang
maksimal yaitu program usaha unit pembelian hasil bumi. Hal ini terjadi karena
dalam pembayaran atau pencairan yang terjadi pada BUMDes di rasa lambat yang
membuat masyarakat kurang berminat menjual hasil panennya kepada BUMDes.
hal ini terjadi karena BUMDes harus memutarkan uang untuk modal dan hasil
keuntungan yang didapat, dan uang tersebut belum sepenuhnya terpegang. Dan
dampak dari pengelolaan BUMDesa terhadap kesejahteraan sudah sangat
membantu masyarakat dalam menunjang kesejahteraan melihat dari faktor
kebutuhan material, kebutuhan sosial dan kebutuhan spiritual. Dari tiga kebutuhan
tersebut sudah memenuhi walaupun belum maksimal. Pandangan Hukum
Ekonomi Syariah dalam pengelolaan Bumdes Lambandia terhadap kesejahteraan
masyarakat, dari enam prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah yaitu nilai
ketuhanan, amanah, maslahat, keadilan, kebebasan berteransakasi dan bersifat
halal. Terdapat ketidak kesesuaian dalam prinsip amanah, yang dimana
masyarakat merasa merugi ketika menjual hasil panennya kepada pihak BUMDes.
Hal ini terjadi karna pembayaran atau pencairan yang terjadi pada BUMDes di
rasa lambat yang membuat masyarakat kurang berminat menjual hasil panennya
kepada BUMDes.

This study discusses how the management of BUMDes in Lambandia Village,
Lalembuu District, South Konawe Regency on community welfare, and How the
Sharia Economic Law Perspective in the management of Lambandia BUMDES,
Lalembuu District, South Konawe Regency on community welfare. This type of
research is empirical juridical. The types of data are primary and secondary.
Data collection methods by observation, interviews and document review. Test the
validity of data by means of data tringulation, source tringulation and time
tringulation. The results of the study concluded that the management of BUMDes
in Lambandia Village, Lalembuu District, South Konawe Regency on welfare has
carried out three types of business programs, SAPRODI units, produce
purchasing units and milling units. Of the three programs, there is a program that
runs less optimally, namely the business program of the unit of purchasing
produce. This happens because the payment or disbursement that occurs in
BUMDes is slow which makes people less interested in selling their crops to
BUMDes. This happens because BUMDes have to rotate money for capital and
profits obtained, and the money has not been fully held. And the impact of
BUMDesa management on welfare has greatly helped the community in
supporting welfare looking at the factors of material needs, social needs and
spiritual needs. Of these three needs, it has been fulfilled even though it has not
been maximized. The view of Sharia Economic Law in the management of Bumdes
Lambandia towards public welfare, from the six principles of sharia economic
law, namely divine values, trust, maslahat, justice, freedom of worship and halal.
There is a discrepancy in the principle of trust, where the community feels at a
loss when selling their crops to BUMDes. This happens because the payment or
disbursement that occurs in BUMDes is slow which makes people less interested
in selling their crops to BUMDes.
