Rizki Ananda, Nim: 2020050101006. “Peran Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (OJK)Dalam Meningkatkan Literasi dan Inklusi
Keuangan Syariah Sulawesi Tenggara” Fakultas Ekonomi dan
Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama IslamNegeri (IAIN) Kendari, melalui
Pembimbing I Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum, M.Ag.,dan Pembimbimg II
Alwahidin S.Si.,M.Sc
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (OJK) dalam meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan
syariah Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam
mengumpulkan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dan
dokumentasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian OJK memiliki 5 program
yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan
syariah bagi masyarakat. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat 3
kendala yaitu, kurangnya dukungan dari pemerintah, tingkat literasi
baca masyarakat yang rendah dan cakupan wilayah yang luas. Dari
hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa OJK Sulawesi Tenggara
dalam meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah berfokus
pada program-program edukasi, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya program
tersebut terbilang sedikit dan belum menyeluruh ke seluruh wilayah
Sulawesi Tenggara, sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa peran OJK
dalam meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah belum
maksimal.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Financial Services Authority
(OJK) in increasing sharia financial literasy and inclusion in Southeast
Sulawesi. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) The Role of
the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in increasing sharia financial literacy
and inclusion in Southeast Sulawesi, (2) Obstacles that inhibit the Financial
Services Authority (OJK) in increasing sharia financial literacy and inclusion
in southeast Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative method with
adescriptive approach. The method used to collect data is through interviews,
observation, and documentation. From the results of this research it can be
concluded that: (1) Southeast Sulawesi OJK in increasing sharia financial
literacy and inclusion focuses on educational programs. There are 5
educational programs implemented by the OJK and they are very helpful for
the community, however, the implementation of these programs is relatively
small and not comprehensive throughout the Southeast Sulawesi region, so
the researcher concludes that the OJK’s role in increasing sharia financial
literacy and inclusion has not been maximized due to several obstacles faced
by OJK Southeast Sulawesi, (2) based on research results, OJK has 3
obstacles in increasing sharia financial literacy and inclusion, namely, lack of
support from the government, low level of community reading literacy and
wide regional coverage.
