Eksploitasi ekonomiI pada anak adalah memanfaatkan anak secara
sewenang-wenangI untukI bekerja danI menyalahgunakanI fisik danI
tenagaI demi kepentingan sendiri tanpa memperhatikan hak-hak dan
kesehjatraan anak. Larangan tentan melakukan tindakan eksploitasi terhadap
anak telah diatur dalam undang-undang perlindungan anak. permasalahan
dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana bentuk eksploitasi ekonomi pada
anak di Kota Kendari? 2) Bagaimana impelenetasi perlindungan hukum
terhadap anak korban eksploitasi ekonomi? 3) Bagaimana problem
perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban eksploitasi ekonomi? penelitianI
ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif-empiris denganI
menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan sosial. Teknik pengumpulanI
data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. TeknikI
analisis data melalui pengelompokkan data, reduksi data, penyajian dataI
dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan dataI menggunakanI
triangulasi teknik, I triangulasi sumber, dan triangulasi waktu.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bentuk eksploitasi yang dilakukan
terhadap anak di Kota Kendari dilakukan dengan menyuruh mereka bekerja
sebagai penjual barang, menjadi pengemis, mengamen, dan menjadi pekerja
lap kaca mobil tanpa mereka memeperhatikan hak-hak dan kesehjateraan
anak. (2) Implementasi perlindungan anak korban eksploitasi ekonomi
terhadap anak di Kota Kendari, masih belum maksimal karena terdapat
hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah. (3) Problem
perlindungan anak korban eksploitasi ekonomi adalah penerapan sanksi
yang kurang tegas dan tidak sejalan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang mengatur terntang perlindungan anak”

Exploitation Based On Kendari City Regional Regulation Number 20 of
2023 Concerning The Implementation Of Child Protection In Kendari
City”. Under the guidance of Mrs. Nurfaidah M.Ag as the first supervisor
and Mr. Finsa Adhi Pratama M.Ag as the secod supervisor
Economic exploitation of children is using children arbitrarily for work and
abusing their physical and energy for their own interests without paying
attention to the rights and welfare of children. The prohibition on
committing acts of exploitation of children is regulated in the child
protection law. The problems in this research are: 1) What are the forms of
economic exploitation of children in Kendari City? 2) How is legal
protection implemented for children who are victims of economic
exploitation? 3) What is the problem of legal protection for children who
are victims of economic exploitation? This research uses ai typei of
normative-empiricali legal research using legali and sociali approaches.
Data collectioni techniques use observation, interviews and documentation.
Data analysis techniques through data grouping, data reduction, datai
presentation andi drawing conclusions. Data validity techniquesi use
technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation.
The results of the research show that (1) The form of exploitation carried
out against children in Kendari City is carried out by making them work as
sellers of goods, beggars, buskers, and car windshield workers without
paying attention to the rights and welfare of children. (2) Implementation of
protection for children who are victims of economic exploitation in Kendari
City is still not optimal because there are obstacles faced by the government.
(3) The problem with protecting children who are victims of economic
exploitation is the application of sanctions that are less strict and not in line
with the laws and regulations governing child protection
