Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Materi Sistem Gerak
Pada Manusia Di SMA Negeri 10 Kendari, Dibimbing Oleh: Bapak Dr.
Jumardin La Fua S. Si, M. Si dan Ibu Rosmini S. Si. M. Pd
Proses pembelajaran di kelas, guru cenderung menggunakan model konvensional
discovery Learning, sehingga peserta didik menjadi kurang termotivasi dan pasif.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen menggunakan Kontrol
Group Pretest-Postest Design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis
deskriptif: Prasyarat analisis (uji normalitas, uji homogenitas) dan uji hipotesis
(uji perbedaan dua rata-rata, uji t berpasangan, uji tingkat efektif). Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa; hasil belajar biologi peserta didik menggunakan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw, nilai rata-rata pretest 42,00 dan posttest
78,43. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran
discovery learning, nilai rata-rata pretest 41,39 dan postest 73,54, terdapat
perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran
kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan model konvensional. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis
uji perbedaan dua rata-rata dengan nilai Thitung 2,560 dan Ttabel 2,004 (thitung >
ttabel) sehingga hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima,
terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan
sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Hal ini terlihat
dari hasil uji t berpasangan (Paired sample t-test) pretest-posttes kelas eksperimen
dengan nilai Thitung 9,410 > Ttabel 2,055, maka hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan
hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima, terdapat efektivitas penggunaan model
kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan hasil uji N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen 62,86%
kategori cukup efektif, pada kelas kontrol 54,95% kategori kurang efektif.

In the learning process in class, teachers tend to use discovery learning models, so
that students become less motivated and passive. This research is Quasi�Experimental research using a Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data
analysis technique used is descriptive analysis: Analysis prerequisites and
hypothesis testing. The research results show that in the biology learning
outcomes of students using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model, the
average pretest score was 42,00, and the posttest was 78.43. Meanwhile, in the
learning outcomes of students using the discovery learning model, the average
pretest score was 41,39 and posttest 73,54, there were differences in student
learning outcomes after using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model and the
conventional model. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the
difference test between two means with a Tcount of 2,560 and Table 2,004 (tcount
> table) so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The alternative hypothesis
(H1) is accepted, there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes
of students before and after using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model.
This can be seen from the results of the paired sample t-test (Sample t-test)
pretest-posttest experimental class with a value of Tcount 9,410 > Table 2,055.
The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is
accepted, there is effectiveness in using the jigsaw-type cooperative model with
the N-Gain test results in the experimental class 62,86% in the quite effective
category, in the control class 54,95% in the less effective category.
