Risma Wulandari, Nim: 2020020102038, "Upaya Perlindungan Hukum
Konsumen Terhadap Praktik Penambahan Jumlah Belanja Oleh Karyawan
Indomaret, Pembimbing Pertama: Mahruddin S.Sos, M.SI, pembimbing kedua:
Fatihani Baso M.H
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terkait Upaya
Perlindungan Hukum yang dilakukan pihak Disperindag terhadap konsumen yang
menjadi korban praktik penambahan jumlah belanja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
empiris dengan memperoleh data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data,
kesimpulan dan keabsahan data. Subjek pada penelitian ini melibatkan 12
narasumber diantaranya Karyawan Indomaret, mantan karyawan, konsumen yang
menjadi korban dan pihak Disperindag yang di observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama,
Praktik penambahan jumlah belanja tanpa seizin konsumen merupakan hal yang
sengaja dilakukan oleh karyawan untuk kepentingan pribadi dan dalam keadaan
sadar adapun mekanisme yang dilakukan karyawan dalam praktik ini yaitu
karyawan memanipulasikan total belanjaan dan memasukkan beberapa item ke
dalam struk konsumen yang menjadi korban tanpa adanya konfirmasi kepada
konsumen. Kedua, konsumen yang menjadi korban dalam praktik penambahan
jumlah belanja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan Indomaret tidak mendapatkan
upaya perlindungan secara hukum dari pihak Indomaret namun pihak Indomaret
akan mendapatkan surat peringatan serta teguran dari pihak Disperindag ketika
konsumen dirugikan dan itu merupakan bentuk dari Upaya Perlindungan Secara
Hukum.

Against the Practice of Adding Shopping Amounts by Indomaret Employees, First

This study aims to determine and analyze the Legal Protection Efforts made by
Disperindag against consumers who are victims of the practice of increasing the
amount of shopping. This type of research is empirical by obtaining data using
observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data obtained using data
reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data validity. The subjects in this
study involved 12 sources including Indomaret employees, former employees,
consumers who were victims and the Disperindag who were observed,
interviewed and documented. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded
that: First, the practice of increasing the amount of shopping without the
permission of consumers is something that is deliberately done by employees for
personal gain and in a state of consciousness, while the mechanism used by
employees in this practice is that employees manipulate the total shopping and
include several items in the receipt of consumers who are victims without
confirmation to consumers. Second, consumers who are victims in the practice of
increasing the amount of shopping carried out by Indomaret employees do not get
legal protection efforts from Indomaret but Indomaret will get a warning letter
and a warning from the Disperindag when consumers are harmed and that is a
form of Legal Protection Efforts.
