Abstract

Evita Febriana, NIM. 19010107011, Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru
Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di
SMP Negeri 1 Kendari, Program Studi Tadris IPA, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan
Ilmu Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, Dibimbing
oleh: Bapak Hasrin Lamote, S.Pd., M.Sc dan Ibu Nourma Yulita, S.Pd.,
M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi
pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA
di SMP Negeri 1 Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei dengan
menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 Kendari
dengan jumlah populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII yaitu sebanyak 331 siswa dan
sampel sebanyak 77 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan
dataset statistik, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji deskriptif
statistik, uji inferensial dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:
1) kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap
motivasi belajar siswa, diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 44,007 > 3,97 dan nilai
thitung 3,424 > ttabel 1,665 dengan kontribusi sebesar 37%; 2) kompetensi pedagogik
guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa,
diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 11,721 > 3,97 dan nilai thitung 6,634 > ttabel 1,665
dengan kontribusi sebesar 13,5%; dan 3) kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh
secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, diperoleh
hasil uji simultan pada Wilks’ Lambda, nilai Fhitung < Ftabel yaitu 2,397 < 3,12
dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,005.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical
competence on student motivation and learning outcomes in science subjects at
SMP Negeri 1 Kendari. This research is a type of survey research using
quantitative methods. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Kendari with a
total population of all grade VIII students, namely 331 students and a sample of
77 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and statistical
datasets, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests,
inferential tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1)
teacher pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on student
learning motivation, obtained Fcount> Ftable value of 44.007> 3.97 and tcount
value of 3.424> t table 1.665 with a contribution of 37%; 2) teacher pedagogical
competence has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes,
