Abstract

ABSTRAK
Diah April Liana NIM 19010103027. Implementasi Supervisi Pendidikan Era Endemik Covid-19 di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Muhajirin Kendari. Dibimbing Oleh:Dr,Masdin,M.Pd dan Dr.Akib,M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang implementasi supervise pendidikan dari aspek pelaksanaan dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah, guru pendidik di MTs Al-Muhajirin Kendari, Operator Madrasah dan Pembina Asrama.Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin Kendari.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomonologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui proses reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta teknik pengecekan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanakaan supervisi pendidikan pada tahap persiapan dilakukan pada rapat kerja awal semester terkait kegiatan pelaksanaan supervisi meliputi penentuan jadwal, pelaksana, siapa yang disupervisi, dan beberapa perangkat pembelajaran yang harus dipenuhi guru. Tahap pelaksanaan oleh Wakil Kepala Madrasah dengan dibantu 2 (dua) orang guru senior dimulai dari kunjungan secara individu diruang kelas dan pemberian penilaian. Pada tahan perbaikan dilakukan langsung oleh Kepala Madrasah pada kegiatan pertemuan pribadi antara guru dan Kepala Madrasah dan pada rapat guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan sumbangsi ilmu pengetahuan terutama dalam hal pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik, sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan pada madrasah maupun sekolah umum lainnya dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan khususnya pada bidang akademik.

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of educational supervision from the aspect of implementation and the factors than influence it. The object of this research are the head of the madrasa, the deputy head pf the madrasa the teacher educator, the operator of the madrasa and the supervisor of the al-muhajirin kendari Islamic boarding school.
This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, display data and conclusion, as well as techniques for checking the validity of data through source, technique and time transgulation.
The results of the study show that the implementation of the educational supervision in the preparatory stage is carried out at work meeting at the beginning of the semester regarding the implementation of supervision activities including determining schedules, carrying, out supervision, who is supervising and several learning tools must be fulfilled by teacher. The implementation stage was carried out by deputy head of the madrasa assisted by two senior teachers, activities started with individual visits to classroom and the provision of assessments. At the repair stage it is carried out directly by the head of the madrasa at the private meeting activities between the teacher and the head of the madrasa and at teacher meeting. Therefore this research contributes to knowledge, especially in terms of implementing academic supervision activities so that this research can be a reference for madrasa and other public school in the implementation of educational supervision, especially in the academic field
