Abstract

ABSTRAK
Iswar Jayadi Sarli, NIM.: 2021040201002. Judul: Manajemen kepala sekolah
dalam meningkatkan hafalan qur‟an siswa-siswi SDIT Insan Mandiri Kendari.
Dibimbing oleh Dr. Nurdin Karim, M.Pd dan Dr. Akib, M.Pd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kepala sekolah
dalam meningkatkan hafalan qur‟an siswa-siswi SDIT Insan Mandiri Kendari.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.
Informan penelitian bersumber dari kepala sekolah, koordinator tahfiz, guru
tahfiz, wali kelas dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis
dengan cara reduksi data kemudian dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan
data dilakukan dengan cara Tringulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan kepala sekolah meliputi: merumuskan
tujuan program tahfiz qur‟am bersama dewan guru, menentukan target hafalan
siswa 2 juz (juz 29 dan 30) dan mensosialisasikan program tahfiz kepada guru,
orang tua dan siswa. 2) Pelaksanaan kepala sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah
menentukan tugas masing-masing guru, menyiapkan fasilitas penunjang
pembelajaran tahfiz. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ummi dengan teknik
One day one ayat, yang dilakukan pengulangan hafalan setiap awal dan akhir
pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaanya dilakukan supervisi langsung kepala sekolah
setiap seminggu sekali dan supervisi tidak langsung melalui mandat yang
diberikan kepada koordinator tahfiz, dan juga melalui pengecekkan laporan guru
setiap bulan. 3) Evaluasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan hafalan Qur‟an
siswa-siswi SDIT Insan Mandiri Kendari yaitu penilaian Harian, bulanan dan
akhir semester dengan kriteria mengacu pada tajwid & makhroj yang benar dan
kefasihan serta kelancaran dalam menghafalkan ayat-ayat Al-qur‟an. 4) Faktor
pendukung dalam meningkatkan hafalan Qur‟an siswa-siswi secara internal
mencakup minat dan motivasi siswa dalam menghafal Qur'an, peran guru dalam
membimbing siswa, dan pemberian penghargaan oleh pihak sekolah. Sedangkan
faktor pendukung secara eksternal meliputi dukungan fasilitas sekolah seperti
buku ummi dan buku kontrol prestasi siswa. Di sisi lain, Faktor penghambat
secara internal adalah kurangnya minat siswa dalam menghafal Qur'an.
Sedangkan faktor penghambat secara eksternal meliputi kurangnya kepedulian
orang tua

improving the memorization of the Qur'an for SDIT Insan Mandiri Kendari
students. The Counselor is Dr. Nurdin Karim, M.Pd dan Dr. Akib, M.Pd
This study aims to determine the principal's management in improving the
memorization of the Qur'an by the students of SDIT Insan Mandiri Kendari. This
study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research informants
come from school principals, tahfiz coordinators, tahfiz teachers, homeroom
teachers and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through
observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by
means of data reduction and then conclusions were drawn. Data checking is done
by triangulation technique, source and time. The results of the study explain that:
1) Principal planning includes: formulating the objectives of the tahfiz qur'am
program with the teacher council, determining student memorization targets for 2
chapters (juz 29 and 30) and socializing the tahfiz program to teachers, parents
and students. 2) The implementation of the principal, namely the principal
determines the duties of each teacher, prepares supporting facilities for tahfiz
learning. The method used is the ummi method with the One day one verse
technique, which is repeated by rote at the beginning and end of learning. In its
implementation, direct supervision of the principal is carried out once a week and
indirect supervision through the mandate given to the tahfiz coordinator, and also
through checking teacher reports every month. 3) Evaluation of the principal in
improving the memorization of the Qur'an of the students of SDIT Insan Mandiri
Kendari, namely daily, monthly and end of semester assessments with criteria
referring to correct tajwid & makhroj and fluency and fluency in memorizing
verses of the Qur'an. 4) The supportive factors in improving the memorization of
the Qur'an for students internally include the students' interest and motivation in
memorizing the Qur'an, the role of the teacher in guiding the students, and the
school's provision of rewards. Meanwhile, the supportive external factors include
the support of school facilities such as Ummi books and student achievement
tracking books. On the other hand, the internal inhibiting factors are the lack of
students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an. The external inhibiting factors
include the lack of parental care, the influence of media or home facilities, and
the influence of the students' play environment.
