Abstract

Nurwila. NIM. 19010101094 “Pembinaan Literasi Keagamaan Peserta Didik
pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 23 Kendari.” Dibimbing oleh :
Dr. H. Moh. Yahya Obaid, M. Ag. dan Drs. Marzuki, M. A.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) Literasi
keagamaan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 23
Kendari, 2) Pembinaan literasi keagamaan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI
kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 23 Kendari. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat
memberikan manfaat empiris bagi pembaca dan manfaat praktis bagi sekolah,
guru, peneliti dan peneliti selanjutnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara, tes dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui
reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keagamaan peserta didik pada mata
pelajaran PAI kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 23 Kendari diketahui melalui
kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur’an, cerita pengalaman spiritual pribadi dan
pembelajaran materi tauhid, fikih dan sejarah serta dinilai masih membutuhkan
pembinaan yang lebih lanjut dan maksimal terutama pembinaan baca tulis AlQur’an. Adapun pembinaan literasi keagamaan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran
PAI Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 23 Kendari dilaksanakan oleh (1) Kepala sekolah,
yaitu mendukung dan mengupayakan fasilitas pelaksanaan program Jum’at takwa,
melibatkan peserta didik dalam perayaan hari besar keagamaan serta mendukung
guru PAI dalam mengikuti kegiatan MGMP dan (2) Guru PAI melalui
keterlibatan, kemampuan dan dorongan dirinya telah mengupayakan pembinaan
melalui pengajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an, penyampaian pengalaman spiritual dan
pengajaran materi tauhid, fikih dan sejarah. Pembinaan ini diharapkan dapat
berlanjut dengan maksimal melalui penambahan kuantitas buku mata pelajaran
PAI dan buku bacaan literasi keagamaan (kisah-kisah nabi, buku cerita islami dan
sebagainya), pembangunan masjid, pembangunan perpustakaan dan program
pojok baca.

This study aims to know and analyze 1) Students religious literacy in PAI
subjects class VIII at SMP Negeri 23 Kendari, 2) Coaching of students religious
literacy in PAI subjects class VIII at SMP Negeri 23 Kendari. This research is
expected to provide empirical benefits for readers and practical benefits for
schools, teachers, researchers and future researchers. This type of research is
qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are observation,
interviews, tests and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out
through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data
verification. The results showed that the religious literacy of student in class VIII
PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 23 Kendari is known through the ability to read and
write the Qur’an, stories of personal spiritual experiences and learning of
monotheism, fiqh and history materials and is considered to still need further and
maximum guidance, especially the guidance of reading and writing the Qur’an.
The coaching of students religious literacy in PAI subjects in class VIII at SMP
Negeri 23 Kendari is carried out by (1) The principal, namely supporting and
seeking facilities for the implementation of the Friday takwa program, involving
students in the implementation of the Friday takwa program, involving students in
the celebration of religious holidays and supporting PAI teachers in participating
in MGMP and (2) PAI teachers through their involvement, ability and
encouragement have made efforts to foster through teaching the reading and
writing of the Qur’an, delivering spiritual experiences and teaching the material
of tawhid, fiqh and history. This guidance is expected to continue optimally
through the addition of the quantity of PAI subject books and religious literacy
reading books (prophet stories, Islamic story books and more), mosque
construction, library construction and reading corner programs.
