Abstract

JUSMAN, NIM: 190109007. Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Hasil
Belajar Fisika di SMA Negeri 5 Kendari (Dibimbing oleh: Aliwar S.Ag.,
M.Pd. dan HALMUNIATI S.Pd,. M.Pd)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru
terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 5 kendari. Jenis
penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Penelitian menggunakan dua variabel yaitu
kompetensi guru sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat.
Sampel yang digunakan ditetapkan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random
Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang di mana populasi yang
digunakan tidak berasal dari individu, tetapi berasal dari kelompok individu
atau cluster. Kelas yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas X IPA 2
dan X IPA 4. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu
menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Sebagai Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru terhadap hasil
belajar fisika. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai thitung = 4,077 > ttabel = 1,999 sehingga H0
ditolak dan H1 diterima yang menunjukan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap hasil belajar fisika dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 21,1%.

Physics Learning Outcomes at SMA Negeri 5 Kendari (Supervised by:

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the
physics learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 5 Kendari. The
type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research
with a survey approach. This study uses two variables, namely teacher
competency as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent
variable. The sample used was determined using the Cluster Random Sampling
technique, which is a sampling technique in which the population used does not
come from individuals, but comes from groups of individuals or clusters. The
classes that were sampled in this study were class X IPA 2 and X IPA 4. The data
analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression. As the results
of the study show that there is a significant influence between teacher competence
on physics learning outcomes. This can be seen from the value of tcount = 4.077 >
ttable = 1.999 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which shows that teacher
competence has a significant effect on physics learning outcomes with a large
influence of 21.1%.
