Abstract

ABSTRAK
Widyah NIM 19010103026, “Strategi Kepala Madrasah Dalam
menyelesaikan konflik di MTs Negeri 1 Konsel”. Dibimbing Oleh : Masdin,
M. Pd dan Badarwan, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kualitas gamabaran konflik dan strategi
kepala madarasah dalam menyelesaikan konflik antar pendidik dan kependidikan
di MTs Negeri 1 Konsel.Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis
penelitian fenomenologi. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
cara wawancara terhadap kepala madrasah, guru dan staf dan dibantu dengan
observasi serta dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui
reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik yang terjadi antara pendidik serta
kependidikan di MTsN 1 Konsel disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yakni: adanya
perbedaan pendapat, keinginan dan
prinsipyangberbeda,kurangmenerimakebijakan yangditetapkanolehkepala
madrasah, kesalahpahaman atau miss-communication. Adanya perbedaan
pendapat dalam suatu rapatKemudian Strategi kepala madrasahAdapun hasil dari
penelitian ini 1)Tindakan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola konflik antara guru
dengan peserta didik yakni menggunakan beberapa tahap dalam mengelola
konflik yakni mengidentifikasi konflik, langkah selanjutnya yaitu mengurangi
konflik dengan cara berkoordinasi, dan yang terakhir yaitu memecahkan akar
konflik. 2) Tindakan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola konflik antara guru
dengan guru adalah dengan menerapkan
metodependekatankonfrontasi,metodekompromi.

Resolving Conflicts in MTs Negeri 1 Counsel". Guided by: Masdin, M. Pd and

This study discusses the quality of conflict descriptions and strategies of
madarasah heads in resolving conflicts between educators and education in MTs
Negeri 1 Counsel. The research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological
research types. The data collection method is carried out by interviewing
madrasah heads, teachers and staff and assisted by observation and
documentation. Then data analysis techniques are carried out through data
reduction, data presentation, analysis and conclusions. The results of this study
show that the conflict that occurs between educators and education in MTsN 1
Konsel is caused by several things, namely: differences in opinions, different
desires and principles, lack of acceptance of policies set by the head of the
madrasah, misunderstanding or miss-communication. The strategy of the head of
the madrasah As for the results of this study 1) The action of the head of the
madrasah in managing conflicts between teachers and students is to use several
stages in managing conflicts, namely identifying conflicts, the next step is to
reduce conflicts by coordinating, and the last is to solve the roots of conflict. 2)
The action of the head of the madrasah in managing conflicts between teachers
and teachers is to apply the method of confrontation approach, the method of
compromise.
