Studi meta analisis menjadi sebuah pegangan dalam merubah atau menentukan
model pembelajaran yang tepat digunakan dalam pembelajaran, salah model
pembelajarannya yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif pelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini
menganalisis informasi beberapa hasil penelitian terdahulu dengan topik penerapan
model pembelajaran kooperatif untuk memperoleh informasi yang dapat dianalisis besar
pengaruhnya agar dapat ditarik kesimpulan yang lebih kuat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu
untuk
mengetahui
besar
pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap
pembelajaran biologi pada siswa SMA di Sulawesi Tenggara baik secara keseluruhan,
berdasarkan tahun publikasi, wilayah
penelitian dan materi pembelajaran yang
digunakan dalam penelitian. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan
deskriptif menggunakan metode meta analisis, wilayah penelitian yaitu di Sulawesi
Tenggara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan (1) Model pembelajaran kooperatif ditinjau
secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh (effect size) sebesar 0,52 kategori sedang
dalam pembelajaran biologi pada siswa SMA di Sulawesi Tenggara. (2) Pembelajaran
kooperatif dilihat dari 4 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2022,
memberikan pengaruh pada pembelajaran biologi SMA di sulawesi tenggara berbeda
beda. Paling tinggi pada tahun 2020 yaitu 0,62 kategori sedang dan paling kecil tahun
2022 yaitu 0,23. (3) Besar pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif berdasarkan wilayah
diperoleh hasil bahwa daerah Muna memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar pada
pembelajaran biologi sebesar 1,03 dengan kategori besar (kuat), dibanding daerah yang
lain. (4) Besar pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif berdasarkan materi yang digunakan
yaitu konsep biologi 0,41 kategori paling kecil, sistem pernapasan 0,71, ekosistem
dengan nilai 0,78, jaringan tumbuhan dengan nilai 0,53 dan sistem ekskresi yaitu 0,91
dengan kategori paling besar. Hal ini menunjukkan pembelajaran kooperatif efektif
pada mata pelajaran biologi.

The study of meta analysis becomes a guide in changing or determining the
appropriate learning model to be used in learning, one of the learning models is
cooperative learning in biology lessons. This research analyzes the information from
some of the results of previous research on the topic of applying the cooperative
learning model to obtain information that can be analyzed for the magnitude of its
influence so that stronger conclusions can be drawn. The purpose of this study was to
determine the influence of the cooperative learning model on biology learning in high
school students in Southeast Sulawesi as a whole, based on the year of publication, the
research area and the learning materials used in the research. This type of research is
quantitative with a descriptive approach using meta-analysis methods, the research
area is in Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study show (1) The cooperative
learning model in terms of overall gives an effect size of 0.52 in the medium category in
biology learning for high school students in Southeast Sulawesi. (2) Cooperative
learning seen from the last 4 years, namely 2019 to 2022, has had a different influence
on high school biology learning in Southeast Sulawesi. The highest in 2020 is 0.62 in
the medium category and the lowest in 2022 is 0.23. (3) The effect of cooperative
learning based on region shows that the Muna area has a greater influence on biology
learning by 1.03 in the large (strong) category, compared to other regions. (4) The
magnitude of the influence of cooperative learning based on the material used is the
smallest category of biology concepts 0.41, respiratory system 0.71, ecosystems with a
value of 0.78, plant tissue with a value of 0.53 and excretory system namely 0.91 with
the category the biggest. This shows that cooperative learning is effective in biology
subjects.
