Abstract

ABSTRAK
Ayu Wandira, Nim 19010105053, Analisis Self-Efficacy Guru Dalam
Menumbuhkan Kemandirian Anak Melalui Program Kurikulum Merdeka
Di TK Negeri 1 Kendari (Dibimbing Oleh Dr. Masdin, M.Pd dan
Prof. Dr. Hj. Hadi Machmud, M.Pd)
Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana self-efficacy guru dalam
menumbuhkan kemandirian anak melalui program Kurikulum Merdeka di TK
Negeri 1 Kendari; (2) Untuk mengetahui apa saja sumber-sumber self-efficacy
guru untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian anak dalam program Kurikulum
Merdeka di TK Negeri 1 Kendari; (3) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam
menumbuhkan kemandirian anak melalui program Kurikulum Merdeka di TK
Negeri 1 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
(1) Self-Efficacy guru TK Negeri 1
Kendari: (a) magnitude, secara umum semua guru menunjukkan keyakinan yang
sama kuatnya terhadap semua aktivitas atau tugas berkaitan dengan usaha
meningkatkan aspek kemandirian anak maupun apsek lainnya kepada anak yang
normal maupun ABK, (b) strength, secara umum semua guru memiliki derajat
keyakinan yang tinggi untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian pada anak, dan (3)
generality, secara umum semua guru menunjukkan self-efficacy yang tinggi
walaupun awalnya terdapat keraguan tetapi dengan berbagai pengalaman dan
tantangan yang dilalui menjadikan self-efficacy mereka tinggi pada berbagai
kondisi (2) Sumber-sumber self-efficacy berasal dari: mastery experiences yaitu
guru mempunyai pengalaman mengatasi hambatan atau kesulitan dalam
menumbuhkan kemandirian anak, social modeling yaitu guru mengamati
seseorang yang mempunyai kelebihan dan menjadikannya sebagai panutan dan
motivasi, social percuasion yaitu guru sangat terpengaruh oleh dukungan verbal
atau kata-kata dari orang terdekatnya, dan physiological and emotional states
yaitu guru memiliki kestabilan emosi dan kesehatan fisik yang dapat
mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya self-efficacy., (3) Upaya guru dalam
menumbuhkan kemandirian anak: menumbuhkan kepercayaan, menanamkan
kebiasaan, membangun komunikasi, dan mendisiplinkan anak melalui
pembelajaran eksploratif, penyelidikan sederhana, topik yang berpusat pada
anak, dan pembiasaan kehidupan sehari-hari.

ABSTRACK
Ayu Wandira, NIM 19010105053, Analysis of Teacher Self-Efficacy in
Fostering Child Independence through the Free Curriculum Program at
TK Negeri
1 Kendari (Supervised by Dr. Masdin, M.Pd and
Prof. Dr. Hj. Hadi Machmud, M.Pd)
The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out how teacher self-efficacy in
fostering children's independence through the Independent Curriculum program
at TK Negeri 1 Kendari; (2) To find out what are the sources of teacher self
efficacy to foster children's independence in the Independent Curriculum
program at TK Negeri 1 Kendari; (3) To find out the efforts of teachers in
cultivating children's independence through the Independent Curriculum
program at TK Negeri 1 Kendari. This study used qualitative research methods.
The results showed that (1) Self-Efficacy of teachers of TK Negeri 1 Kendari:
(a) magnitude, in general all teachers showed the same strong confidence in all
activities or tasks related to efforts to improve aspects of child independence and
other apsek to normal children and ABK, (b) stength, In general, all teachers
have a high degree of confidence to foster independence in children, and (3)
generality, in general, all teachers show high self-efficacy even though there are
initial doubts but with various experiences and challenges that go through make
their self-efficacy high in various conditions (2) The sources of self-efficacy
come from: Mastery Experiences, namely teachers have experience overcoming
obstacles or difficulties in growing children's independence, social modeling is
teachers observing someone who has strengths and making them role models and
motivations, social percuasion is that teachers are greatly influenced by verbal
support or words from those closest to them, and physiological and emotional
states That is, teachers have emotional stability and physical health that can
affect high and low self-efficacy., (3) Teachers' efforts in cultivating children's
independence: fostering trust, instilling habits, building communication, and
disciplining children through exploratory learning, simple inquiry, child-centered
topics, and habituation of daily life.
