Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem
komputerisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai
dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu provinsi
sulawesi teggara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode
penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai, instrument penelitian
menggunakan kuesioner dan alat analisis menggunakan software SPSS
21. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan 1). Nilai parsial sistem
kompuerisasi (X1) mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap
efektivitas kerja (Y), karena t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai signifikan
0,014 lebih kecil dari 5% (0,014<0,05). 2). Nilai parsial lingkungan
kerja (X2) mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja
(Y), karena t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil
dari 5% (0,000<0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang
signifikan sistem komputerisasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2)
tehadap efektivitas kerja (Y). Sedangkan koefisien determinisasi R2
sebesar 0,584 yang artinya variabel bebas dapat menjelaskan variabel
terikat sebesar 58,4% sedangan sisanya 41,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh
variabel lain.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of
computerized systems and the work environment on the work
effectiveness of employees of the investment service and one-stop
integrated services in the province of Teggara Sulawesi. The research
method used is a quantitative research method using primary data
sources. The population in this study were employees, the research
instrument used a questionnaire and the analysis tool used SPSS 21
software. The research results showed 1). The partial value of the
computerization
system (X1) significantly influences work
effectiveness (Y), because t count > t table with a significant value of
0.014 which is smaller than 5% (0.014<0.05) 2). The partial value of
the work environment (X2) significantly influences work effectiveness
(Y), because t count > t table with a significant value of 0.000 is
smaller than 5% (0.000<0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a
significant influence of the computerized system (X1) and the work
environment (X2) on work effectiveness (Y). Meanwhile, the
determinism coefficient R2 is 0.584, which means that the independent
variable can explain 58.4% of the dependent variable while the
remaining 41.6% can be explained by other variables.
