Andi Putri Wulandari Mangidi. NIM. 2020040202018. Pengaruh Stres Kerja
dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
(MI) Kabupaten Bombana Saat Pandemi Covid-19. Dibimbing Oleh (Dr.
Samrin, M.Pd.I. sebagai Pembimbing I dan Dr. Aris Try Andreas Putra,
M.Pd. Sebagai Pembimbing II)
Guru sebagai faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan pendidikan perlu
diperhatikan kondisi fisik dan psikisnya pada masa pandemi Covid_19 saat ini
(Ratten & Jones, 2020). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah 1)
untuk menganalisis Pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru di MI Kabupaten
Bombana saat pandemi Covid_19; 2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja
guru di MI Kabupaten Bombana saat pandemi Covid_19; 3) Pengaruh stres kerja
dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di MI Kabupaten Bombana saat
pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif
dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Ex post facto yang artinya sesudah fakta,
pengambilan data secara survei dengan menetapkan sampel adalah Guru
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Di Bombana sebanyak 42 Responden. Berdasarkan
hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap
kinerja guru di MI Kabupaten Bombana saat pandemi Covid-19, dengan nilai t
hitung -4,423 > t tabel 2,021 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Yang artinya jika
stres kerja yang dirasakan semakin tinggi, maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin
rendah. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di MI
Kabupaten Bombana saat pandemi Covid-19, dengan nilai t hitung 2,958 > t tabel
2,021 dan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Bernilai positif, artinya jika lingkungan
kerja yang dirasakan baik dan memadai, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru. 3)
Stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja
guru di MI Kabupaten Bombana saat pandemi Covid-19, dengan nilai F hitung
20,345 > F tabel 3,23, nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya jika dinilai secara bersama�sama dari semua variabel dalam penelitian ini stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Teachers as a determining factor in the success of education need to pay attention
to their physical and psychological conditions during the current Covid_19
pandemic (Ratten & Jones, 2020). The objectives to be achieved in this study are
1) to analyze the effect of work stress on teacher performance at MI Bombana
Regency when Covid_19 pandemic; 2) The influence of the work environment on
teacher performance at MI Bombana Regency during the Covid_19 pandemic; 3)
The effect of work stress and work environment on teacher performance at MI
Bombana Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative
descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. Ex post facto, which means that
after the fact, survey data was collected by determining that the sample was
teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Bombana with a total of 42 respondents.
Based on the results of the analysis show that, 1) Work stress has a negative effect
on teacher performance at MI Bombana Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic,
with a t-count value of -4.423 > t-table 2.021 and a significance value of 0.000
<0.05. Which means that if the perceived work stress is higher, the teacher's
performance will also be lower. 2) The work environment has a positive effect on
teacher performance at MI Bombana Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic,
with a t-count value of 2.958 > t-table 2.021 and a significance value of 0.005
<0.05. Positive value, meaning that if the work environment is perceived as good
and adequate, it will improve teacher performance. 3) Work stress and work
environment have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance at MI Bombana
Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a calculated F value of 20.345 > F
table 3.23, the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This means that if assessed together
from all the variables in this study work stress and work environment affect
teacher performance.
