Abstract

Wa Ode Ika Wulandari, NIM 19010104078, Analisis Dampak Verbal Bullying
Terhadap Kecerdasan Interpersonal Siswa SD Negeri 22 Kendari, Program
Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu
Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari melalui bimbingan Dr.
Masdin. M.Pd. dan Sitti Aisyah Mu’min S.Ag, M.Pd
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tentang dampak verbal bullying
terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas V SD Negeri 22 Kendari. Penelitian
ini adalah penelitian studi kasus tunggal dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.
Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan penemuan-penemuan
yang tidak dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan prosedur statistik atau dengan cara
kuantifikasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Negeri 22 Kendari, Jl.
Bunga Matahari, Lahundape, Kec. Kendari Barat, Kota Kendari. Jenis data yang
penulis gunakan adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari data internal dan data
eksternal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi yaitu kegiatan pengumpulan data melalui berbagai
sumber data yang tertulis baik yang berhubungan masalah kondisi objektif dan
pendukung data lainnya. Teknik analisis mengunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi
data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara,
observasi dan dokumentasi hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa pertama: terdapat
lima bentuk verbal bullying yang dilakukan siswa, di antaranya, memaki,
menghina, mengancam, mengejek, dan menuduh. Kedua: terkait verbal bullying
yang terjadi di akibatkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya akibat faktor keluarga,
faktor sekolah, faktor teman sebaya, faktor media, dan faktor kepribadian. Ketiga :
hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kasus verbal bullying yang terjadi
menimbulkan dampak kepada korban di antaranya, sikap empati (hilang rasa
peduli terhadap orang lain, sulit berkomunikasi dan tidak memahami perasaan
orang lain), sikap prososisal (hilang rasa tolong menolong, suka menyendiri, dan
hilang rasa simpati). Dampak yang timbul terhadap pelaku diantaranya, antaranya,
sikap empati (hilang rasa peduli terhadap orang lain dan tidak memahami
perasaan orang lain), sikap prososisal (hilang rasa tolong menolong dan hilang
rasa simpati). Hasil analisis menunjukkan dampak verbal bullying terhadap
kecerdasan interpersonal siswa lebih dominan berdampak kepada korban. Maka
solusi yang seharusnya dilakukan adalah adanya kerja sama antara guru dan orang
tua siswa secara berkala dan tuntas

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of verbal bullying on the
impact of the interpersonal intelligence of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 22
Kendari. This research is a single case study with a descriptive qualitative
approach. Qualitative research is that produces findings that cannot be achieved
using statistical procedures or by means of quantification. This research was
conducted in class V SD Negeri 22 Kendari, Jl. Bunga Matahari, Kec. Kendari
Barat, Kendari city. In this study the authors used two data sources, namely
primary data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways,
namely observation, interviews, and documentation, namely data collection
activities through various well-written data sources related to objective conditions
and other supporting data. The analysis technique uses data collection, data
reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results
of interviews, observations and documentation of research results, it was
concluded that first: there were five forms of verbal bullying by students,
including cursing, insulting, threatening, mocking, and accusing. Second: related
to verbal bullying that occurs due to several factors, including due to family
factors, school factors, peer factors, media factors, and personality factors. Third:
The results of data analysis found that cases of verbal bullying that occurred had
an impact on victims including, empathy (loss of caring for others, difficulty
communicating and not understanding other people’s feelings), prosocial attitudes
(lost sense of help, likes to be alone, and lost sympathy). The impacts that arise on
the perpetrator include, among other things, an attitude of empathy (loss of caring
for others and not understanding the feelings of others), a prosocial attitude (loss
of feeling of mutual help and loss of sympathy). The results of the analysis show
that the impact of verbal bullying on students’ interpersonal intelligence has a
more dominant impact on victims So the solution that should be done is
cooperation between teachers and parent of students periodically and thoroughly.
