Nimas Priwilandari. NIM. 17030102010. The relationship between work engagement
and self-control of members of the National Police at the Satbrimob Polda Sultra.
Students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Class of 2017 IAIN
Kendari. Supervised by: Dr. Asliah Zainal S.Ag, M.Pd, MA.
This research aims to determine the level of work engagement and Self�Control among police officers, as well as the relationship between work engagement
and Self-Control. The subjects in this research were members of the National Police
at the Southeast Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade with a total of 80 respondents using
accidental sampling techniques. This research used a quantitative type of research,
and it was found: 1) the work engagement experienced by respondents was at a
moderate level with a percentage of 87.5%, totaling 70 respondents. The level of
Self-Control of respondents is in the medium category with a percentage of 58.75%,
totaling 47 respondents. 2) There is a positive relationship between work engagement
and Self-Control in respondents with a significant level of 0.05 of 0.049 indicating
that it is in the low category.
