Abstract

Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk;mendekripsikan
kondisi
objektif
kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru,
menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru;
menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; menganalisis
pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap budaya organisasi dan
menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan budaya organisasi
secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Baubau.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif di MTs Baubau
dengan jumlah populasi 177 orang dan sampel sebanyak 64 yang ditentukan
dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan
analisis deskriptif dan analis inferensial. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa;
Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah memiliki kategori tinggi, budaya
organisasi memiliki kategori tinggi dan kinerja guru memiliki kategori tinggi.
Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah
terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Baubau dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,3%. Artinya,
semakin tinggi kepemimpinan yang dimiliki kepala madrasah maka semakin
tinggi pula kinerja guru yang dicapai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan
budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTs Baubau dengan kontribusi sebesar
41,2%. Artinya, semakin tinggi kondisi budaya organisasi yang terdapat di
madrasah maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru yang dapat dicapai. Terdapat
pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di MTs
Baubau dengan kontribusi sebesar 19,9%. Artinya, semakin tinggi kualitas
kepemimpinan kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi pula budaya organisasi yang
akan terbentuk di lingkungan madrasah. 5. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan
signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan budaya organisasi secara
bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Baubau, dengan kontribusi sebesar
42,2%. Artinya, semakin tinggi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kondisi
budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru yang dicapai.

This study aims to; describe the condition objectives of the leadership of
the madrasa head, organizational culture and teacher performance, analyzing the
influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on teacher performance; analyze
the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance; analyze the effect of
the leadership of the madrasah principal on organizational culture and analyze the
influence of the leadership of the madrasah principal and organizational culture
together on teacher performance at MTs Baubau. This study used a quantitative
approach at MTs Baubau with a population of 177 people and a sample of 64
which was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection
techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis
techniques using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Research results
show that; Madrasah leadership has a high category, organizational culture has a
high category and teacher performance has a high category. There is a positive
and significant influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on teacher
performance at MTs Baubau with a contribution of 14.3%. That is, the higher the
leadership of the madrasa head, the higher the teacher's performance is achieved.
There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the
performance of MTs Baubau teachers with a contribution of 41.2%. That is, the
higher the organizational culture conditions in the madrasa, the higher the
teacher's performance that can be achieved. There is a positive and significant
influence of organizational culture on teacher performance at MTs Baubau with a
contribution of 19.9%. That is, the higher the leadership quality of the madrasa
head, the higher the organizational culture that will be formed in the madrasah
environment. 5. There is a positive and significant influence on the leadership of
the madrasa principal and organizational culture together on teacher performance
at MTs Baubau, with a contribution of 42.2%. That is, the higher the leadership of
the madrasa head and the conditions of organizational culture, the higher the
teacher's performance is achieved.
