Abstract

ABSTRAK
Hasti, NIM. 19010108045. “Analisis Kesulitan Guru Biologi Dalam
Mengembangkan Modul Ajar Biologi Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Di Sma
Negeri 11 Kendari”. (Dibimbing oleh Bapak Jumardin La Fua S.Si., M.Si
dan Ibu Balda S.Si., M. Si).
Guru biologi kelas X merupakan guru yang telah ditugaskan untuk mengikuti
pelatihan namun guru masih mengalami kendala dan merasa bingung dalam
mengembangkan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka karena masih minimnya
pelatihan yang mendukung tentang pengembangan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum
merdeka khususnya di SMA Negeri 11 Kendari. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1)
untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk-bentuk kesulitan yang dihadapi guru biologi
dalam mengembangkan modul ajar biologi berbasis kurikulum merdeka, 2) untuk
mengetahui bagaimana cara guru mengatasi kesulitan dalam mengembangkan
modul ajar biologi berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis
penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, yang dilaksanakan di SMA
Negeri 11 Kendari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Bentuk-bentuk
kesulitan yang di hadapi oleh guru biologi dalam mengembangkan modul ajar
berbasis kurikulum merdeka terdiri dari ketersediaan sumber daya, tidak memiliki
cukup pengetahuan dan pengalaman, perbedaan gaya belajar siswa, keterampilan
teknologi dan literasi digital, penyesuaian dengan kebutuhan siswa, kolaborasi
dan dukungan. Cara guru mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami dalam
mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum merdeka yaitu: guru harus
mengetahui terlebih dahulu tentang komponen-komponen modul ajar yang akan
dikembangkan, guru harus mengetahui isi dari kurikulum merdeka, guru terlebih
dahulu harus mengetahui karakter masing-masing siswa, guru harus
memanfaatkan perangkat atau aplikasi yg memudahkan dalam pembuatan modul
ajar, guru melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan diri untuk penyesuaian
dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam konteks kurikulum merdeka, guru perlu
berkomunikasi kepada kepala sekolah mengenai kendala yang mereka alami
dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum merdeka.

Developing Biology Teaching Modules Based on the Independent Curriculum
at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari". (Guided by Mr. Jumardin La Fua S.Si., M.Si and
Mrs. Balda S.Si., M. Si).
Class X biology teachers are teachers who have been assigned to attend training,
but teachers still experience obstacles and feel confused in developing
independent curriculum teaching modules because there is still a lack of
supporting training on the development of independent curriculum-based teaching
modules, especially at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari. The objectives of this study are:
1) to find out how the forms of difficulties faced by biology teachers in developing
biology teaching modules based on the independent curriculum, 2) to find out how
teachers overcome difficulties in developing biology teaching modules based on
the independent curriculum. This research is a type of qualitative research with a
phenomenological approach, which was carried out at SMA Negeri 11 Kendari.
The results showed the forms of difficulties faced by biology teachers in
developing independent curriculum-based teaching modules consisting of the
availability of resources, not having enough knowledge and experience,
differences in student learning styles, technology skills and digital literacy,
adjustment to student needs, collaboration and support. The ways teachers
overcome the difficulties experienced in developing independent curriculum based teaching modules are: teachers must know in advance about the
components of the teaching modules to be developed, teachers must know the
content of the independent curriculum, teachers must first know the character of
each student, teachers must use devices or applications that facilitate the creation
of teaching modules, teachers conduct training and self-development to adjust to
needs Students in the context of the Independent Curriculum, teachers need to
communicate to the Principal about the obstacles they experience in developing
teaching modules based on the Independent Curriculum.
