Abstract

ABSTRAK
Sunarti (19010103097), 2023 “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah
dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah
Negeri 1 Kendari ”. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas
Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari.
Dibimbing oleh Dr. H. Abdul Kadir, M.Pd, dan Dr. Syahrul M.Pd.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madarasah
dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1
Kendari. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh
kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kendari. Kedua,
untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di
Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kendari. Ketiga, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh
kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di
Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian
kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metode
pendekatan korelasional. Adapun jumlah populasi yaitu 56 orang Guru Madrasah
Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kendari dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode
non probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 56 Guru.
Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner (angket). Adapun teknik analisis
statistik yang digunakan untuk mengolah hasil, yakni analisis statistik deskriptif
dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda
dengan menggunakan SPSS Vers.16 Tahun 2023. Selanjunya berdasarkan hasil
penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan
kepala madrasah (X1) motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y).

This thesis discusses the influence of the leadership of the head of
Madrasah and Work motivation on the performance of theachers on the Madrasah
Tsanawiyah 1 Kenari. The purpose of this study was intended first, to determine
the influence of the principal’s leadership in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1
Kendari. Second to find out to determine the effect of the work motivation of the
performance of the teacher’s performance in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Kendari.
Third, to determine the influence of the principal’s leadership and work
motivastion on the performance of teachers in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri
1 Kendari.This study uses quantitative research, with a type of descriptive
research using the correlational approach method. The population of 56 Madrasah
Teacher Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kendari with sampling using a non probability
sampling method with a total sampling of 56 teachers. This research instrument
uses questionnaires (questionnaires). the statistical analysis and inferential
analysis using multiple linear regression equations using SPSS Vers 16 of the next
2023 based on the results of the study that there was a positive and significant
influence between the leadership of the madrasah head (X1) work motivation (X2)
on the teacher performance (Y).
