Abstract

ABSTRAK
Ririn, 19010101199. Interaksi Edukatif Guru dengan Peserta Didik dalam
Membentuk Kepribadian Muslim di MTs Karae Kabupaten Buton Selatan.
Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu
Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari (IAIN) Kendari. Dibimbing
oleh: Dr. H. Samsuri S. Ag., S. Pd M. Pd dan Rasmi S. Ag., M.S.I

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui interaksi edukatif guru dan mengetahui penyebab
pendukung dan penghambat interaksi edukatif guru dengan peserta didik dalam
membentuk kepribadian muslim di MTs Karae. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif
dengan pengambilan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di MTs Karae.
Peneliti menggunakan editing, klarifikasi, display, dan verifikasi data, triangulasi yakni
triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Peneliti menemukan di lapangan, bahwa (1) Guru
melakukan pendekatan kepada peserta didik dengan pembiasaan, motivasi, nasihat, dan
keteladan; (2) Guru memberikan materi dengan contoh yang ada di lingkungan madrasah;
dan (3) Guru mengarahkan peserta didik agar mengikuti kegiatan di masjid Desa Karae.
Faktor penghambat (1) Kurangnya tingkat perhatian dan kosentrasi beberapa peserta
didik dalam proses pembelajaran; (2) Orang tua yang sibuk bekerja; (3) Bergaul dengan
teman yang tidak baik; (4) Peserta didik kurang percaya diri, dan (5) Sarana prasarana
belum memadai. Adapun faktor pendukungnya (1) Pihak MTs Karae mendukung
pembentukan kepribadian; (2) Guru membiasakan peserta didik agar bersikap baik dalam
menghargai guru, orang tua maupun teman sebaya; (3) Menerapkan disiplin kepada
peserta didik dan (4) Peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan di masjid Desa Karae.

ABSTRACT

Ririn, 19010101199. Educative Interaction between Teachers and Students in
Forming Muslim Personalities at MTs Karae, South Buton Regency. Islamic
Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher
Training, Kendari State Islamic Institute (IAIN). Supervised by: Dr. H.
Samsuri S. Ag., S. Pd M. Pd and Rasmi S. Ag., M.S.I

The aim of the study was to determine teacher-educational interactions and to determine
the causes of supporting and inhibiting teacher-student educational interactions in
shaping the Muslim personality at MTs Karae. This type of research is descriptive
qualitative with data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation at
MTs Karae. Researchers use editing, clarification, display, and verification of data,
triangulation, namely triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Researchers found
in the field that (1) the teacher approached students with habituation, motivation, advice,
and example; (2) The teacher provides material with examples in the madrasah
environment; and (3) The teacher directs students to take part in activities at the Karae
Village mosque. Inhibiting factors (1) Lack of attention and concentration of some
students in the learning process; (2) Parents who are busy working; (3) Hanging out with
bad friends; (4) Students lack confidence, and (5) Inadequate infrastructure. The
supporting factors are (1) MTs Karae supports personality formation; (2) The teacher
accustoms students to be kind in respecting teachers, parents and peers; (3) Apply
discipline to students and (4) Students take part in activities at the Karae Village mosque.
