Intan. NIM 17050101022. Studi Tentang Pekerja Pemborong Pada
Pengupahan Pembangunan Rumah Bantuan Pemerintah Dalam
Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Di Desa Ululakara Kecamatan Palangga
Selatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh: Dr.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui bagaimana
Studi tentang pekerja pemborong pada pengupahan bangunan Rumah
Bantuan Pemerintah di desa Ululakara Kecamatan Palangga Selatan
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dan Bagaimanakah Tinjauan Ekonomi
Islam terhadap akad pada pemborong bangunan rumah bantuan
pemerintah di Kecamatan Palangga Selatan Kabupaten Konawe
Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif
dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan
tentang masalah yang diteliti. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu teknik
pengolahan data dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahap
yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kesimpulan bahwa Studi
tentang pekerja pemborong pada pengupahan pekerja menggunakan
sistem upah borongan dan sistem upah harian yang dibayarkan setiap
satu bulan pada pengupahan pekerja pembangunan rumah bantuan
pemerintah masih belum maksimal dalam waktu pembayaran upah
pekerja karena masih sering terdapat keterlambatan pembayaran.
Dalam tinjauan ekonomi islam terhadap sistem akad pekerja bangunan
pada pembangunan rumah bantuan pemerintah sudah sesuai dalam
melaksanakan akad di awal perjanjian yang berdasarkan lisan dan
tulisan dalam perjanjian.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the studies of the
contractor worker about on the wages of the Government Assistance
House building in the Palangga Selatan sub-district, Konawe Selatan
district is made and how is the Islamic Economic Review of the
contract system on the contractor for government-assisted house
buildings in Palangga Selatan District, Konawe Selatan Regency. This
study uses qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis,
namely by describing the problem under study. The data collection
methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Then
the data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out
through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and
drawing conclusions.
The results of this study show the conclusion that the studies of the
contractor worker about on the wages of workers using the piece rate
system and the daily wage system that is paid every month on the
wages of government assistance housing construction workers is still
not optimal in terms of paying workers' wages because there are often
delays in payments. In an Islamic economic review of the contract
system for construction workers on the construction of government
assistance houses, it is appropriate to carry out the contract at the
beginning of the agreement which is based on oral and written in the
agreement.
