Abstract

ABSTRAK
Alvonso Zamorano (18010103026) Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap
Kinerja Guru MAN 1Kendari.Skripsi,Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Fakultas Tarbiyah Dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri
Kendari.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengetahuiPengaruh
Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru MAN 1Kendari.Jenis penelitian
ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
kuesioner.Alat analisis menggunakan regresi sederhana.Responden dalam
penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang guru.Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data dan
pembahasan dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah
memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang artinya semakin baik
supervisi Kepala Sekolah maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja dari para guru MAN 1
Kendari.Kontribusi pengaruh variabel supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja
guru sebesar 58% dan masih ada 42% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain
yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat
menambah variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru seperti
komitmen dan kompetensi.

ABSTRACT
Alvonso Zamorano (18010103026) The Effect of Principal Supervision on
Teacher Performance at MAN 1 Kendari City.Thesis. Management Studies of
Islamic Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Kendari State
Islamic Institute.This study aims to describe and determine the Effect of Principal
Supervision on Teacher Performance at MAN 1 Kendari City. This type of
research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using a
questionnaire. The analysis tool uses simple regression. Respondents in this study
amounted to 60 teachers.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of this
study, it can be concluded that the supervision of the principal has a positive and
significant influence on teacher performance, which means that the better the supervision
of the principal, the better the performance of the teachers of MAN 1 Kendari. The
contribution of the influence of the principal's supervision variable on teacher
performance is 58% and there are still 42% influenced by other variables not
examined in this study.For further research can add other variables that can
affect teacher performance such as commitment and competence.
