Kemandirian Anak Kelompok A di PAUD Melati Bolokut Kecamatan
Bokan Kepulauan Kabupaten Banggai Laut(Dibimbing Oleh: Sitti Aisyah
Mu’min, S.Ag, M.Pd dan La Hewi, S.Pd.I.,M.Pd)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Perilaku kemandirian anak
Kelompok A di PAUD Melati Bolokut Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Kabupaten
Banggai Laut selama berada di sekolah (2) Bentuk aktivitas kemandirian anak
Kelompok A di PAUD Melati Bolokut Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Kabupaten
Banggai Laut saat di rumah (3) Upaya guru dalam mengembangkan perilaku
anak.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif,
yaitu teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Data diolah secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi.Analisis data
dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi
data. Pengecekkan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tekhnik triangulasi yaitu
triangulasi sumber, tekhnik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:
perilaku kemandirian anak Kelompok A di PAUD Melati Bolokut selama berada
di sekolah, sudah mempunyai rasa percaya diri bernyanyi di depan kelas, dapat
bekerja sendiri mewarnai gambar yang telah disediakan, bisa mengucapkan
salam ketika guru mulai masuk kelas, sudah bisa merapikan alat mainan setelah
bermain. Bentuk aktivitas kemandirian anak Kelompok A di PAUD Melati
Bolokut saat di rumah, anak dapat makan dan minum sendiri, anak dapat mandi
sendiri, anak dapat menyikat gigi sendiri, anak dapat membuka dan memakai
baju sendiri, anak sebelum berangkat ke sekolah bisa memakai sepatu sendiri,
anak berangkat ke sekolah sudah tidak ditemani, dan anak sudah bisa merapikan
kembali alat mainnya sendiri. Upaya guru dalam mengembangkan perilaku
kemandirian anak agar peserta didik dapat terlatih untuk mandiri di antaranya
dengan: 1. Meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam diri anak 2. Menumbuhkan
motivasi intrinsik dari diri anak 3. Melatih anak agar mampu menyesuaikan diri
dengan lingkungannya 4. Melatih agar anak tidak menggantungkan diri pada
orang lain. Proses pendidikan perilaku kemandirian pada anak usia dini ini akan
sangat dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor yaitu eksternal dan internal. 1. Faktor
pembawaan (internal) 2. Faktor lingkungan (eksternal).

This study aims to find out (1) the independence behavior of Group A children in
Melati Bolokut PAUD, Bokan Kepulauan District, Banggai Laut Regency while
at school (2) The form of independence activities of Group A children in Melati
Bolokut PAUD, Bokan Kepulauan District, Banggai Laut Regency when at home
( 3) Efforts of teachers in developing children's independent behavior. This
research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely data
collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data
is processed descriptively and presented in narrative form. Data analysis was
carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data
verification. Checking the validity of the data is done through triangulation
techniques, namely triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results
showed that: Independent behavior of Group A children at PAUD Melati
Bolokut While at school, they already had the confidence to sing in front of the
class, could work independently coloring the pictures provided, could say hello
when the teacher started class, could tidy up toys after playing. Forms of
independence activities for Group A children at PAUD Melati Bolokut while at
home, children can eat and drink by themselves, children can bathe themselves,
children can brush their own teeth, children can undress and wear their own
clothes, children before going to school can wear their own shoes, the child goes
to school unaccompanied, and the child can tidy up his own toys again. The
teacher's efforts in developing children's independent behavior so that students
can be trained to be independent include: 1. Increasing self-confidence in
children. 2. Growing children's intrinsic motivation 3. Training children to be
able to adapt to their environment. 4. Train children not to depend on others.
The process of independent behavior education in early childhood will be
greatly influenced by 2 factors, namely external and internal. 1. Innate factors
(internal) 2. Environmental factors (external).
