Abstract

ABSTRAK
Novia Arnila Damayanti. NIM. 19010104018. Analisis Gerakan Literasi Sekolah
Dalam Peningkatan Minat Baca Di SDN 69 Kendari. Dibimbing oleh: Dr.
Asliah Zainal S.Ag, S.Pd, MA dan Karim M.Hum.
Gerakan Literasi Sekolah merupakan suatu program yang bertujuan untuk untuk
menumbuhkan minat baca peserta didik serta meningkatkan keterampilan membaca
agar pengetahuan dapat dikuasai secara lebih baik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 15
menit membaca buku non pelajaran sebelum proses KBM dimulai. Jenis penelitian
ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan
dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) yang diterapkan di
SDN 69 Kendari sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan
Kebudayaan Nomor 23 Tahun 2015. Salah satu kegiatan di dalam gerakan tersebut
adalah kegiatan 15 menit membaca buku non pelajaran sebelum proses KBM
dimulai. Kegiatan literasi yang diterapkan di SDN 69 Kendari yaitu, kegiatan
membaca buku non pelajaran selama 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai.
Setelah diterapkan program literasi, minat membaca siswa mengalami peningkatan
meskipun belum ada evaluasi yang terstruktur dari pihak yang terkait. Praktik
gerakan literasi sekolah dasar di SDN 69 Kendari yaitu Praktik Gerakan Literasi
Sekolah Membaca Dan Menulis, serta terdapat juga kendala dalam praktik gerakan
literasi yaitu pada guru maupun siswa.. Terdapat 2 strategi yang digunakan dalam
gerakan literasi sekolah di SDN 69 Kendari diantaranya adalah Pemberian reward
kepada siswa, dan terdapat sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan literasi
sekolah. Pemberian reward kepada siswa yang telah mengikuti lomba literasi. Hal ini
dapat memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk terus meningkatkan keterampilan
literasi dan merangsang minat mereka dalam membaca dan menulis. Dengan
memberikan reward berupa sertifikat penghargaan, buku dan peralatan tulis.

The School Literacy Movement is a program that aims to foster students' interest in
reading and improve their reading skills so that knowledge can be mastered better.
This activity is carried out for 15 minutes reading non-subject books before the
teaching and learning process begins. This type of research is descriptive qualitative
research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation,
interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the
implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) implemented at SDN 69
Kendari is in accordance with Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number
23 of 2015. One of the activities in this movement is the 15 minute activity of
reading non-lesson books before the teaching and learning process begins. The
literacy activity implemented at SDN 69 Kendari is reading non-classbooks for 15
minutes before learning begins. After implementing the literacy program, students'
interest in reading has increased even though there has been no structured evaluation
from the relevant parties. The practice of the elementary school literacy movement
at SDN 69 Kendari, namely the School Literacy Movement Practice of Reading and
Writing, and there are also obstacles in the practice of the literacy movement, namely
for teachers and students. There are 2 strategies used in the school literacy movement
at SDN 69 Kendari, including giving rewards. to students, and there are facilities
and infrastructure that support school literacy activities. Giving rewards to students
who have taken part in literacy competitions. This can provide motivation for
students to continue improving their literacy skills and stimulate their interest in
reading and writing. By providing rewards in the form of award certificates, books
and stationery
