Review of Al-Maslahat Al-Mursalah on Transactions of Transferring
Changes into Donations (Study at Indomaret Stores)", Advisor : Dr. Ashadi
L. Diab. MA.M.Hum
Any money in excess of groceries must be returned by the shop owner, both small
and large, in Islam every other person's property must be returned to the owner.
The phenomenon that occurs in the community now shows that there is a problem
that our change is not returned to the buyer and will be used as a donation at the
Indomaret Kendari City . This study aims to determine the process of transferring
and distributing the change into donations, then aims to determine the review of
al-maslahat al-mursalah on the transfer of change into donations, and to
determine the review of al-maslahat al-mursalah on the transfer of change into
donations. The type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, the
data collected is then analyzed using deductive thinking. The results of this study
indicate that, 1). the transfer of change into donations at Indomaret by asking for
approval from the buyer after it has been agreed and then inputting it into the
cashier's computer that is connected to the office center, while the distribution is
intended for victims of natural disasters, education costs, and people with
disabilities 2). Indomaret consumer responses regarding their donations do not
mind that they are sincere and do not feel that there is coercion from the
Indomaret cashier 3). The contract is permissible in Islam because it is based on
the principle of willingness and with the prior approval of the buyer. Indomaret
donations have met the requirements for the benefit of mursalah, namely having
the benefits of donations, having an impact on the general public, and not
contradicting nash and ijma'.
