Name: Slamet Fadillah, NIM: 19010103060, Thesis Title: "The Supervision
Role of the Madrasa Head in Improving Teacher Performance at MA Al
Khairat Moramo Utara", First Advisor: Dr. Mansyur, M.Pd., Second Advisor:
Badarwan, M.Pd.
This study aims to describe the teacher's performance and the implementation of
the supervision of the madrasa head consisting of academic supervision and
clinical supervision at MA Al Khairat Moramo Utara. This research is a research
with a phenomenological study approach with data collection techniques through
interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study can be seen
that the performance indikators of teachers in this madrasa consist of aspects of
lesson planning, implementation of learning, evaluation of learning and follow-up
or remedial. The teacher's performance in this madrasah has been good from the
planning and remedial aspects, but still lacking from the implementation and
evaluation aspects. It can be seen that the implementation of academic
supervision in madrasas consists of planning supervision, implementing
supervision and evaluation and follow-up supervision. The stages of academic
supervision at this madrasah have been carried out well, but in terms of the
schedule for implementing academic supervision it is still not well programmed so
that supervision is not routine enough to be carried out on an ongoing basis. The
implementation of clinical supervision in this madrasa consists of three stages,
namely the initial meeting stage, the class observation stage and the final meeting
stage. The stages of clinical supervision in this madrasa have been carried out as
it should be quite well, but it is still lacking in the final meeting stage, as an
agreement should be made between the head of the madrasa and the teacher for
the next supervision coaching activities, but this has not been carried out as it
should be done in the implementation clinical supervision.
