Abstract

Erawati, NIM : 19050102089. Pengaruh Komitmen dan Budaya
Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BMT Amanah di Kota
Kendari. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam
Negeri Kendari melalui bimbingan Akmal dan Dewi Santri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen
dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan BMT amanah di kota
kendari. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis
data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang
diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh karyawan BMT
Amanah Kota Kendari. Alat analisis yang digunakan yakni SPSS 22.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan yaitu, 1. Komitmen
Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di
BMT Amanah Kota Kendari. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat
hasil pengujian dengan uji t hitung t tabel ( 0,281 < 0,361). Dengan
nilai signifikansinya sebesar (0,78 > 0,05) 2. Budaya Organisasi
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di BMT Amanah di
Kota Kendari. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil pengujian
dengan uji t hitung t tabel ( 3,790 > 0,361). Dengan nilai
signifikansinya sebesar (0,001< 0,05) 3. Dari hasil uji F hitung F tabel (
9,657 > 0,361) dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 maka hasil yang telah
dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Komitmen dan Budaya
Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikansi terhadap variabel
kinerja karyawan di BMT Amanah Kota Kendari.

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and
organizational culture on the performance of BMT amanah employees
in Kendari City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The
type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results
of questionnaires that have been filled out by employees of the BMT
Amanah Kendari City. The analytical tool used is SPSS 22. The results
of this study can be concluded, namely, 1. Organizational commitment
has no significant effect on employee performance at BMT Amanah,
Kendari City. This can be proven by looking at the test results with t
test t table (0.281 <0.361). With a significant value of (0.78 > 0.05) 2.
Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee
performance at BMT Amanah in Kendari City. This can be proven by
looking at the test results with t test t table (3.790 > 0.361). With a
significance value of (0.001 < 0.05) 3. From the results of the F test F
count F table (9.657 > 0.361) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, the
results that have been presented can be concluded that the Commitment
and Organizational Culture Variables have a significant positive effect
on variable employee performance at BMT Amanah Kendari City.
